Ya there are 12 tutorial missions that teach you how to takeoff, land, and how to fly the plane. If you go to learning center there are about 20 more tutorials that are really basic and you should probably do at least 1 of them at first. This is probably the best flight simulator you will ever see. And just a little hint, you may want to get a controller for your computer to play this with. I use an xbox style controller. Hope this helped!

you can go to w w w . a v s i m . c o m (no spaces) and get free downloads there. but you have to know how to install them. or you can just by them. just google FSX addons, or if you want a specific aircraft, then google (what ever aircraft) for FSX.

Oh yeah, you'll run it fine. This video was made when I only had an 8500GT, now I have an 8800 GT overclocked and runs so much better. You can see the difference in frame rates in this video compared to my newer videos.

Actually, when I made this, I only used the default weather from FSX, but it was the real-time weather in Alaska, and I believe the time was around sunrise. I do have X graphics now and it is fantastic and I definitely recommend it.

I used fraps. It does slow it down a little but the key is to us FS Recorder first, then record the playback with fraps. That way you don't lose frame rates because you already flew the plane.

How did you get the attendant voice?

For this video, I used a freeware program called FSX Entertainment. you can have it open while you're flying and load announcements, music, or whatever. You'll have to google the announcements and download them as I have though. Or, it would be easier if you could just buy FDC Live Cockpit. Once you install that, it's built into your game so you can play them as you're flying. Hope this helped and thanks for watching.

I went to the default wing view, then used shift+enter, shift+backspace, etc.. to move away from the wing a little, then used the (-) key to zoom out, then held the spacebar down so I could look around using the mouse. Thanks for viewing and commenting.
