I got the same problem, I do another test, just leave you screen on and I get sometimes phantom click too so in notepad pad I get dots without clicking or line without drawing

don't have this issue on my phone. Touch works fine. No zigzag lines as shown in this video.

because of its over so much sensitive touchscreen and windows mobile 6.5 that is not ready to finger touch yet
