I am pretty sure this is a repaint of a gi joe toy that came out back in the earlier 2000's, I think it may have been made in the valor versus venom line if I remember correctly.

It's just a deformed, sized down F-117 with an butt-ugly paint job. Cobra used to have taste!

On more than one occasion you said that Target sells the figures $6.99. I was just at my local Target earlier, and they were $7.99, 11 cents more than Walmart. Was the $6.99 a special limited sale?
