It's really easy all you need is to download the file and upload it to you web host (web host must have my sql and php 4 point 3 or higher, and also able to extract zip files) then you upload the file and just type yourdomian/folder you extracted it in/install(dot)php php and just copy everything form the my sql accound you created and it should work also theres a installation guide in the zip file

I'm using x10hosting(dot)com its all free I've read the terms and it doesn't say you can't host your own forums so you should be able to and one thing that sucks that you aren't allowed to post any copyright material unless you own it
