i have an gtx 260 with core avc 2.0 installed and mpc installed and i chose core avc as an external filter and prefered it but still i cant get the green bal to flasch as they were saying when it will use CUDA but i dont think it is using CUDA from the gpu but still hanging on teh CPU. help plz.....
@buyukavsar i dont get it...if i have an intel i7 2.66 [6GB ram..if thats importat] and a GTX260..why do i need coreavc? will it save my CPU from doing the hard work it should do? i have a strong PC, and i wonder what is a good reason for me to get coreavc?
@eladbari Sometimes videos seek faster and you use 1% less CPU. The picture quality is better, by a little. Kind of noticeable when a video is panning still objects. I have a core i7 920 so I can vouch for this.
Great video! I also have a question. I installed all but I cant seem to find any file that cuda works on. Now even the 1080p .mkv's work. Core AVC is active but cuda is not. Got all drivers and stuff like that. 5 stars for the vid!
Splash Pro is awesome!

I use vlc because it doesn't take 4 minutes to buffer my blu ray rips before it starts to play.

If you use mpc you need to go to options external filters and select avc.

@eladbari It might not be noticeable, but it renders the image faster. Just a little bit. It's hard to tell.
