Reasons why the idea of Liberal facism is delusional: Facism itself was supported as a counterbalance to communism by conservative factions. The obvious racist elements of the facist party. The Corporatist theory which is in direct conflict with liberal progressive ideology. The build up of military forces which comes inevitably with the rise of facist governments. The Talk of going "back to the old days". The constant talk of the values of a country. it just keeps going on and on.
That's just silly. Fascism is completely left wing. The sliderule of left vs. right is more government vs. less government. The more you move to the left, the more control the state has; the more you move to the right, the less control the state has. Your view is wrong because it has extreme statism on both ends.

the problem is it's not a scale from small gov't to big gov't. the scale has to do with how the gov't is used for the benefit of its citizens. say we had no gov't. complete anarchy. people could steal, kill, whatever they wanted. we wouldn't want that of course. the fact of the matter is that republicans work for a government that perpetuates inequalities, which places it on the fascism end of the spectrum.
I like how the Progressives call the Constitution a "living breathing document." It just shows how they have no principles, no moral absolutes and no idea what they're talking about.
Anything that is LIVING and BREATHING: trees, plants, animals, humans, viruses, and even our CONSTITUTION will eventually DIE!!! Principles and moral absolutes live on lasting multiple generations and beyond.

It's one thing to AMEND the Constitution to maximize liberty for all; it's another thing to go against the Constitution and make the excuse that it's a "living breathing document". What about the unconstitutional gun control laws that progressives constantly pass? What about the Unconstitutional internment of U.S. citizens in internment camps during WWII who were put in those camps by the progressives just because they looked like the enemy?
Internment camps... you mean like guantanmo bay? which conservatives say is justified by saying the constitution only applies to american citizens. Where in the constitution does it explicitly say that? Internment camps while brought about progressives were clearly the work of the more conservative elements of united states, Their biased influenced by the xenophobic nature of reactionary elements of the U.S. Much like conservatives today who judge mexicans.
oh and by the way as far as the guns go, why don't we just let everyone have a gun? Especially those mentally ill and sick sociapaths that would make things so much better. And don't go saying it would deter them from using the guns if everyone had one, the smarter ones would be more cautious while the more delusional ones would still be prone to violence.
