i sent my 3900 to cobraworxshopz for an alignment and when i got it back it was bang on frequency when switched on but after it had warmed up it was about 5/600hz off proving beyond doubt that it had been aligned when cold instead of waiting about half -3/4 hour before carrying out the alignment as i was told this is the proper procedure for aligning a radio. i'l never send a radio to them again.

I had a Cobra that had just come back from Nick.

It was tested by a highly respected (although retired) rig doctor.

The work Nick did was spot on and the cobra performed 100% with no faults at all.

So basically ,Cobraworkshit is full of crap and imo should be banned from You Tube for their slanderous comments and video

I have had the misfortune to speak to Alex on CB Radio a couple of times.

He is without a doubt the most abusive and unprofessional person i have ever spoken too,

i would love to call him a C*** and show my real feelings about him but then i would lower

myself to his level, to think he runs a business is horrifying to be honest.

He only goes on CB Radio to abuse local users to him, no one on CB that i know of

likes him, One day he will start on the wrong person and find his house burnt down

Also, because of his behaviour and attitude towards others, he has to personally censor all comments on his videos in order to stop peoples real opinions of him becoming known.

Too true... No proper address, but large impressive Websites and references to "technicians"... At least Black Spirit has a proper address, and Nick doesn't wear latex gloves to try and look 'clinical' in self promoting videos ! His reputation is built on good work and helpful advice... not xenophobic comments against french customers, or self glorifying attacks against other radio repairers.
