i love ilife but i do find that the new image stabilisation doesn't work. If you have a low fps camera then you get digital clipping. I also found that stabilisation is limited until cropped to 150%. Much better off getting "deshaker"
It's a Nikon Coolpix S600. What I've learned is that the output quality is hugely dependent on what video you put in. The more blurry it is, the more odd the stabilized video will look, even if it's rock steady.

What camera did you use for this? I have a Canon HF100 and Apple says there is an issue with image stabilization in cameras with CMOS.
