NRDC is sloppy in it's approach to Action Letters. It turns out they don't send letters but instead posts the letters as "comments" to government agencies who are required to post all comments. Those comments are posted online as pdfs with you name, address, email address and yes your phone number. This is the dirty little secret NRDC fails to tell you. So if you don't want your personal info picked up by web crawlers then don't sent action letters for NRDC. If you complain NRDC stonewalls you.

You could ask Weaver yourself. She just might tell you how she traveled to the interview. I'm betting that she flew to DC What does it all mean?
It means she flew to Washington DC for the screening of the documentary on Capitol Hill.
I don't think you understood the gist of the video. Air travel won't cease. Virgin Airlines is working on biofuels for its jets. That means less carbon taken out of the ground to fly aircraft. That's recycling C that is already in the atmostphere.

the real issue is technology. We should have moved forward 100 years ago to free, clean, energy. What stopped us? Ask the oil giants. An elite class doesn't want to lose it's status as no one will be in the new age above one another in terms of financial money. It's the similar story with drug companies.
