I'm pretty sure the voice actors, especially VALVE's voice actors don't have any interest in suing a person for using their voice clips in a video on the internet. Plus, the voice actors actually don't have any say in legal rights, Valve does, so unless Gabe Newell suddenly becomes a giant dick and goes around suing people that give him free advertising, I think they're okay.

Valve knows Machinima is made with they're models and sound clips. Trust me, I think they have no interest in suing some random person for using their voice clips, they actually encourage it, as long as you use them in a different way that they did and don't just make a blatant copy of the scene they're used from and call it your own.
