these people are completely ignorant. look at his credentials? lol. he graduated from an ivy league school just like every other politician, and what other jobs has he had? he was a city planner and a senator for less years than i have fingers. hes unqualified.
I enjoy how the one woman claimed, If all the other major countries in the world have a shared health plan, then maybe we should become like that. If that makes us more socialist, we need to do it. This comes down to admitting that if someone has a better routine, then change is necessary. However, most people have trouble accepting new ideas/ways of thinking.
These answers weren't very intelligent either. Ive seen the video of the Mc'Cain supporters too. But i think the Obama Supporters, did a better job of saying their opinions. The Mc'cain supporters seemed to be, blinded by propaganda, and Bias.
Not saying that either sides answers were all that great. Didn't seem like either side was all that well informed.
actually we inherited a failing economy from the republicans.
we are going to have to deal with some tough decisions, but we know that in the end he will lead us to an american legacy that we all can be proud of.

Glad to know you were ashamed of your country before Obama won, that puts you in the same boat as Mrs Obama.
Now the only "hope" left is the 2010 elections, if we fail, this country will be bankrupt by 2012, with a one party tyranny controlling the prez and congress.
10.2% unemployment. Was that the change you were hoping for? McCain wasn't the best person for the job, but he was the better choice of the two for sure. Barack Obama is just giving Jimmy Carter the second term he never had.
Tell me whats so great about america? This proves that its full of brainless frauds and idiots. Come on "I like him because hes awesome!" Thats completely idiotic. They dont know anything and these are the people who vote. They vote for superficial reasons Jesus Christ. Damn people read read and educate yourselves its embarrasing. One word to describe americans "superficial" and its true. Too much tv and video games and that is the end results. So sad.
-Improve Our Immigration System by Removing Incentives 2 Enter Illegally -Protect Social Security -Provide Affordable Health Care As an intel analyst, I like Obama's plan 2: -Improve Intel Capacity by Improving Info Sharing/Analysis As a veteran: -Combat Homelessness among Our Nation's Veterans -Fight Veterans Employment Discrimination -Fully Fund VA Medical Care -Fix the Benefits Bureaucracy -Improve Mental Health Treatment for PTSD sufferers

deceptive voting? lol give me a break Does ACORN sound familiar? We started campaign financing to stop the deceptive practice of taking money from illegal donors, yet Obama raised how much in a High price of gas and people who didn't have money? then the crap of being two-faced saying one thing in PA and another in CA?
knightstalker1369: ACORN was a GOP tool designed 2 suppress legitimate democratic votes. ACORN paid workers 2 register votes & those workers decided 2 make up names instead of doing actual work. ACORN flagged all suspicious registrations (though some may get through). GOP has the Young Political Majors who use even more deceptive practices 2 voter party allegiance.
Keep believing remember the addadge, hearing only what you want to hear, knowing only what you've heard, and by the way I have been Democrat all my life
ONE BIG QUESTION...Were you adorned in McCain/Palin garb for these interviews?
Your other video, "Why do you support John McCain?" you obviously had some form of B.O. paraphenalia with you judging by the responses you received, "That's why I'm not voting for him," while pointing in your direction.
I had a McCain pin and red sweatshirt on under my rain coat. But when the time came I couldn't bring myself to shed the rain coat. I'll admit this is a HUGE bias, but I have to say that even before they saw me, the McCain people seemed somewhat aggravated while the Obama people were simply elated.
That's really what I wanted to contrast between the two groups. It's not that one group is smarter than the other, its just that one group is voting FOR a candidate and the other is voting AGAINST him.
And Obama's not as generous a guy as you might think... for someone who cares so much about the poor, he's rather stingy.
He made over 3 million last year in income. How much did he donate to charity? Only around 10,000. My relatives make one twelfth of that and still donate more. And those donations would have been tax deductible too!
Obama is NOT selfless. He's selfish too. Just like the rest of us...
People say capitalism doesn't work... but, according to human nature, it's the ONLY system that works. It gives everyone an equal chance. Even if your poor, MASSIVE scholarships to provide educational opportunities are offered. You have a CHANCE. If you can't make it by on that, then you've lost your chance. You are not WORTHY of wealth.
Obama represents the lazy apathetic poverty of today. Don't vote for a candidate that will proliferate laziness and stupidity.
The point is, as long as humans are as selfish and greedy as they are, socialism will not WORK. Some rich people are giving and contribute to charity, but they generally do it for their own interests - a feeling of having helped, absolution of guilt, or just the ability to say that they donate. People are SELFISH. They CANNOT live as a 'community' like in a socialist world. People work towards their own interests.
"He brings change," any liberal will tell you. Change in what? Very few liberals actually know. They just say, change! Change! Why not blame bush for the economy, even though a large factor of the failing economy takes root in the policies of Bill Clinton, another DEMOCRAT.
Democrats are too idealistic... socialism doesn't work. Oh sorry, did I just say that? Barack Obama's not a socialist, he just wants to REDISTRIBUTE THE WEALTH which is definitely NOT a socialist idea.
The "middle class" appears to be shrinking. It was those making less than $250K that get a tax credit, and apparently Obama changed this to $200K last week via commercial. And now Biden has said that people making less than $150K should get the credits. Oh well. One thing that remains a constant, McCain and Obama will not cut taxes on the middle class. Even if McCain did, it would be so token it would be insulting. Not a significant difference between the two men, or their supporters it seems.
I am voting for Barack Obama, a friend today told me he is gonna give me money to pay off my house, he's gonna put gas in my car too. I need some info on where I can get some o dat college and health mony also. I wonder when he is gonna give out the Exxon mney or is dat part of dat 500 bucks he is gonna give me. Lordi Thank God fo' Barck Obama.
Now dat is change I can surely beieve in, why didnt they do dis sooner? And Mcain is not gonna give me anything.
Patriot7661, how can you build an economy from the "bottom" if that means the ones who have the least?
What standing is there to restore and how far back do you want to go? Throughout the last century, America was all over the world bombing and nation-building. Clinton alone bombed 6 countries and occupied 2.
Yes, I believe he said his tax plan would enable any American to graduate from a community college. Watch out world.
WOW! Okay, let me start by saying that I was at this rally.
I stood in the FREEZING rain for 6 and a half hours, and this video was shot while people were LEAVING! My husband and I literally RAN to our car because we were so cold.
They fact that they'd rather get to the warmth of their cars rather than stop to talk to you means nothing!
Why don't you ask this question during the long hours we all stood in line? Why did you wait until everyone is rushing to leave?
Wow. This video really speaks to Obama's wide appeal. All kinds of people are enthusiastic about him! ... all different colors, ages, and opinions.
I agree with texasportsfan. Most people aren't political geniuses and can't recall specific policies, but they do know when they have been moved and inspired to help bring about change.
I know a lot about politics, trust me. Look at some of the McCain supporter videos on here and at least they can come up with a few sentences on why they support McCain and dislike Obama. They know what Acorn is, his ties to Bill Ayers, and what do Obama supporters say that "he's just cool"
you prove my point. acorn and ayers are NOT the issues the country faces.
these are only things that mccain supporters bring up because they were trained by fox news not to talk about the real issues.
let me help you out, the real issues are: taxes, health care, education, energy, iraq, iran, afghanistan (foreign policy in general), global leadership (respect around the world)
darwin, a tax credit is not a cut. When you take from one person, and give this to another based on their social standing (married, with mortgage, student, etc) you are practicing socialism and you are not cutting taxes. Of course Repubs do this too. It is very important to understand the difference between cut and credit since each moves in the direction of a very different political system.
More tha half of the supporters for Obama and McCain wil not know anything about the policies of either canidate. This video can easily be done for McCain.
But, there is one thing you can tape at McCain/Palin rallies and not Obama/Biden. The hate that spews out of their rallies. I did not hear any "Muslim" "Terrorist" "Nigger" "Commie"
Oh ok. Well you still heard personal attacks. There are tons of things that could have come up if Obama had chosen to on McCain. TONS!!! But Obama chose not to bring up crap and focus on the issues.
FYI. I am a long time registered Republican that is considering Obama very strongly.
these people are completely ignorant. look at his credentials? lol. he graduated from an ivy league school just like every other politician, and what other jobs has he had? he was a city planner and a senator for less years than i have fingers. hes unqualified.

Why did I vote Obama/Biden 08? Because I researched both candidates websites & Obama's had more meat. He wants 2:
-End Deceptive Voting Practices
-Eliminate Sentencing Disparities
-Rebuild the Military4r 21st Century Tasks
-Lighten the Burdens on Our Brave Troops/ Their Families
-Fully Equip Our Troops for the Missions They Face
-Engage Our Allies in Meeting Our Common Security Challenges
-Organize 2 Help Our Partners/Allies in Need
-Provide a Tax Cut 4 Working Families
PART 1

Obama is right you build an economy from the bottom up. Enough of the trickle down nonsense.
His diplomacy first, use of military last will restore the U.S.A.'s standing in the international community.
He will get us out of Iraq, where we should not have been in the first place.
He will finally get Bin Laden.
We have to emphasize education to assure America's future.
Emphasis on renewable energy will restore America's leadership and revitalize the economy.
