I think, this is one of the most moving and most beautiful part of the movie. I have searched for this short tune for such a long time and finally I found it. LOTR is full of great, emotional songs. It has the best soundtrack ever, no-one has made anything better yet. That's my opinion.

Thank you Blakeolas. I've listened to both pieces and, yes, French horns are prominent in both but it does not seem to me that it is the same score but I'm no musician. :-)

This is from the original film soundtrack composed by Howard Shore. I think it is the piece called "The Fellowship of the Ring: Caras Galadhon " but I'm not 100% sure as my CDs only have the theatrical versions music and this is from the extended DVD version. Hope that helps.

This is actually the very first part of The Mirror of Galadriel- verily, it is part of the extended edition, and so would only appear in the Complete Recordings.

You're right that the CD's only got the theatrical versions, because there's only the songs "Lothlorien" and "Farewell to Lorien" in that area of the movie on the original soundtracks
