im going to preface this by saying that i am a die hard zelda fan. i have the goron pawprint tattooed on my chest, the whole nine yards. i was disappointed in skyward sword. my favorite part about the zelda games (especially twilight princess) is that they have a massive open world to explore with lots of little stuff that you have to really look for to find. skyward sword had really rigidly separated questing areas, and you spend more time proving your worth than anything else

I'm a fan of all video game genres, and I'm a fan of CoD.

However, I can honestly say that the only reason I have MW3 and not Skyward Sword is because I don't have a MotionPlus controller. In terms of overall quality, Skyward Sword is by far a superior game in all aspects. The only quality that makes MW3 a great game is the multiplayer. Aside from that, it's just another shooter with a shallow action movie script.

@haydenjurko im pretty sure that Nintendo didnt confirm any of the games in the timeline because Nintendo never confirmed that the Zelda's were truely connected (although its obvious!) i think thats the fun part because its up to us the fans to piece together the story line. i could be wrong though, but theres a good theory vid on youtube that gives a great explanition of the Zelda time line, its fun u should watch it! :)

@xdoods That comes from the fact that nearly every living thing we know to exist needs light to survive. light = life. As far as the choice of words "good' and "bad" they are often subjective, the only primal good and bad we are born with is the desire to survive and have our loved ones survive. Generally light helps to do that, it allows crops to grow, allows us to see and comes with warmth. There is nothing inherently bad about darkness but there is much good associated with light.
