And for YOUR information this is Romanza Flamenco recomposed by Juan Serrano. It is NOT the classic Romanza. Even he plays the finishing parts of Part 1 and Part 2 TECHNICALLY wrong, still sounds amazing. If that's how he feels it, then you have no right to say the opposite...

A melody doesn't that to be played exactly as the written "partitura". There is something known as *improvisación* where the player during his performing introduces *variants* and, that right there, what makes a guitar performer even better.
