Oh, you use the HD PVR? I don't know how to solve you're problem, but there is a better capture card out there. It's called the BlackMagic Intensity Pro. It comes in two versions, an internal PCI-Express card and an external Shuttle (the shuttle requires usb 3.0). Even though they're the same price, the Shuttle is far superior.
