Not true. He did sing in the TV series (I remember seeing it first time around and have never seen the live shows) but Prince got in a huff because he was singing Prince songs on a Banjolele "You sexy motherfu..." and threatened to sue. How petty! If anyone has access to those scenes I'd also love to see them again.

I like prince music etc..but i just think 'eff you Prince, you wouldn't know humor if it jumped up and shouted 'SYMBOL' at you! lol probabley because of that we may never see that sketch again but I will let you know if it it is on the 7 disc box set! probably found it by now, but fred halibut sang in one of the live shows, not the series proper.
