im beginning to think im the only one who doesn't like to offset his paddles. all of you who are talking about releasing all the fish... do you eat fish? where do you think they come from, right out of heaven? at least these fish got to put up a fight instead of just being drag netted to their deaths.
insulatedmemory we love to eat fish and have one of the richest resources in the world down here. We like to release the big ones as they are prime breeding stock and on any given day here in my home town we can catch up to 30 fish in an afternoon. We can choose the prime eating fish and leave the big ones (not great to eat). This is why we have good stocks of fish partly because of practices like this.
I've been on one of Rob's Kayak adventures and I'd highly recommend them. Everything needed is supplied and in tip top condition. Plenty of fish and a great deal of fun. You have to try it :)
where abouts is this?
