  • you are amazing!!! i have been having pain in my lower left side above my pelvic bone for about a month now. it hurts everytime i run/sit down/ stand up. i finaly watched this video and did the excersize and the pain was pretty much almost gone!!! i am leaving for a 2 week physically demanding military course and i dont think i would have been able to go if i hadnt have watched this video. you are a life saver!! please continue to make these great videos and great techniques. =)
