  • i really enjoyed watching this vid and the rose topped one too! you so inspired me to be more creative. and i see you have moved on from the catsup bottle to a real piping bag. keep sharing:)

  • i ordered sugar queen bath cupcakes and i am now in love with it wish i had known about the soap, and really wish i knew the name of that scent im in love i cant ware perfume but this works for me

  • Thanks for the reply Karen. Stunning look ...never would have thought that the soap would look like it did. The aerial view looked one way but then when it was sliced totally different. Awesome job!!!!

  • Beautiful Karen. Also, I didn't realize that you lined your containers. For some reason I thought that since it was plastic it didn't need to be lined.

  • @truzella Yes, tehy need lining alright, they wont come out otherwise unless you ahve really hard soap, melt and pour comes out without lining though.

  • can I know what oils normally use? and, where you find the fragrances?

  • @vanessads93 You can use any oils you want to, olive, coconut, rapeseed, palm, sunflower, sweet almond, avacado, shea, cocoa, rice, every oil you can imagine, I've bought fragrances from most of the Uk suppliers, but now having more and more made especially for me, as I want my scents to be unique.

  • Looks like chocolate with strawberry frosting! Very pretty Karen :0)

  • @beaconcreations Thanks Kia,

  • Sorry - me again!! Hehe!! I use Fairy Dust cosmetic glitter too! Its beautiful isnt it! Your soap looks amazing - I wish I could smell that lovely fragrance through the screen!! :)

  • Another good piping bag just in case you're interested, is you can get disposable blue piping bags - just search for them on eBay. And they are great! (You can use them more than once too if you wash them up, and I've never found them seep through because they're plastic) :)

  • Lovely soap Karen, stunningly beautiful! I love the color combo and design, fabulous dahling'!! :-) Hugs, Mel

  • @BodyCareBoutique Oh thank you dahling - Mel xx

  • Wow, you earned your name, Sugar Queen. Extraordinary.

  • @AprilMacDonell Thats just from the Red Hots I eat all day long too!!

  • Love...Love...Looooooving it!! Beautiful as usual. Are those hearts melt n pour or cold processed?

  • @sparklesnureyez Yep these hearts are melt and pour

  • Wow Karen love the swirls!

  • @lovethyscent Thank you

  • Hi Karen, fantastic video, well all your recent uploads are fab! i am going to make some m&p soaps to start with and these will be for friends and family..but if i want to sell some soaps at fairs and table top sales do i need to have a license? i cant seem to find the right info and would appreciate any help you can give me. I really only want to do this as a hobby that pays for itself as i dont have much spare time :( Thanks for all the inspiration you give xx

  • @TheLyndylou22 Well most of all have fun with it, if you are selling EVEN just one slice of soap, your recipe must have a "cosmetic safety assessment" (that's if you live in the UK and the EU) You'll also need manufacturing insurance too. Just type those into google and loads will pop up.

  • Wouw verry nice soap!!

  • @roseolifantje Thank you.

  • Hi Karen, I've been to your Eden's Secret website as I want to buy the Sugar Queen, and it doesn't seem to be listed on there. Can you let me know when it's on there, please? It just looks soooooo gorgeous I have to have it. x Linda

  • @lwaldo50 HI Linda, it should be on there, I'll go check.

  • @lwaldo50 Ha Ha Ha - when I said the name of this soap in this video I knew it didn't quiet sound right in my head - it is on the website, but it's called "Truly Scrumptious" I'll go change it.

  • Your amazing !. i try this (PIPPING) of my phone decos > on my channel.

  • @EmmGheeDesignss OMG I saw some decors like what you do on another channel and I absolutely LOVE them, so I've just subbed to you, wish I had the time to do them. They are adorable.

  • @Riiot09 Yeah sure. When I get around to doing M&P again, I have a lot of CP's to do just now, but will do it eventually.

  • My 6 year old son enjoyed watching this one with me. He said 'I wish you could make soap like that' ......I he would stay in bed at night I might be able to give it a go. Love your creations, Karen <3

  • @hubbywifeychildrens Kids are wonderful aren't they - my son (13) isn't interested in the slightest, but he did used to be.

  • Have to say that I think the colour combination is amaizing.x

  • @kangakangaboi Thanks Phil,

  • Have you got yet another piping nozzle? Looks great.x

  • @kangakangaboi Yeah, I bought about8 new ones, some ahve numbers on them and some don't

  • Another soap I have to get in my next order.

  • @annkus3 Thanks Sharon

  • Karen I was watching some videos on soap making and came across one where the guy was making soap and drinking beer! No gloves either. Isn't that dangerous?

  • @UtahGmaw99 There is a lot of scaremongering with Lye, you do need to be careful with it, some people go overboard with safety, it's not horrific, some can get it on them and be AOK, but I can't, I'm very sensitive to it, but I think that's because I have "Urticaria" - so I wouldn't say it's that dangerous, it really depends on you and how you react to it.

  • Looks beautiful Karen. ;0)

  • @mbjlhj Thanks Buddy

  • i don't know why, but this vid in particular makes me feel like i'm watching a baking program. *L*

  • @kupunaandmapuana Aloha to you too, another place I'd love to visit one day is Hawaii, it looks sooo beautiful there.

  • That is soooo pretty!

  • @thegirlygirl233 Tahnk you

  • This is gorgeous! I went and got some books on soap making like you said. I'm going to try this next week as soon as hubby gets paid and I can get supplies. How long do you cure your slices? Wish me luck. Thanks so much for your awesome videos!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @UtahGmaw99 Good luck - if you are just going to use your soaps and not sell them, you can use thema fter a few days of unmoulding, so long as the PH is fine on them, but if you want to sell and wrap them, really soaps should be cured the FULL six weeks, because if they are not cured and you send them out and they sit wrapped up I've heard that they can go mouldy. Hope that answers your question

  • I want it! Looks so good and those hearts look like real chocolate! I must order soon..

  • @unstoppableguy Glad you like.

  • I love that you're editing now lol making and cutting in one viewing = Bliss! :)

  • @vikkipie I like it too, glad you enjoyed it, but it's too time consuming for me doing it this way, so there will ONLY be a video like this from time to time, there's 3 videos in this one video.

  • Karen, this is BEAUTIFUL...OMG....so pretty...and I watched this and waited....I wanted to see you CUT it.....The presentation is lovely no matter how you give it to us...but you know I NEED MY THERAPY...LMAO... :0)

  • @MOCHAMILAN Ha Ha Ha ha

  • I love you karen.I have never been able to buy from you but it is a goal of mine.Everything you do is just like magic. Some people have celebrities they want to meet,i just want to meet some of you amazing soapmakers on here. You all inspire me so much!

  • @traychelle Well, don't worry about not being able to buy, for most of us (me included) life is a bit of a struggle for funds, the way the world is, I pray it will get better, but I'm not expecting it to, so, just to have you watch is good enough for me thank you.

  • 2nd view love it mumu<3

  • @varinica1234567890 Yeheay!!

  • where do you get those tubs from and just out of curiousity which would you say is the best wholesalers to use? x

  • @tinksinpink I just get mine from a local cookshop, but if you go online you'll find them on there too - ALL the UK suppliers have good and not so good (but that is really about what you like, not what they sell) I get mine from many different places, you just ahve to keep buying what you fancy from all of them until you've found YOUR favourites.

  • 1st view :)

  • @TheEmma4ever WootWoot!! well done

  • @EdensSecret1 :) yayy
