Yeah that's not a travel because he picked up the ball right after his second dribble then did a spin onto his other foot (1) and then pushed off (2).

after he plants that foot, on the dribble, mind you, he spins to his right and puts it down. then he puts his left back down. 2 steps. then he goes for the layup.

From the NBA rules website: violations and penalties Section XIVg: "If a player, with the ball in his possession, raises his pivot foot off the floor, he must pass or shoot BEFORE his pivot foot returns to the floor." which foot was his pivot foot? His Left Foot, (the foot he started the spin move on). He then picks up his left foot, and touches it to the ground again BEFORE HE PASSES OR SHOOTS.( we know this cuz he jumped off 2 feet in the end. TRAVEL.
