3:27 Dont wait for government's handouts, it only create a generation of dependency and political manipulation. Educate and produce viable goods and you will be liberated and don't forget encourage folks not to bring kids in a miserable condition because they'll only continue in the poverty cycle and that's the worst child abuse that one can commit.
