shez, I wonder the same thing. In this case, his leg is SEVERELY infected. You can see the 'halos' surrounding the infection, indicating that things are getting very dire. For one thing, and I could be wrong, this boy seems to be high. This could easily masque the symptoms/illness that would prompt him to call an ambulance. I don't know who is doing the 'surgery,' but I would have called 911 immediately upon looking at that.

Yeah, I hope you went to the doctor because my staph infection looked very similar to yours and you can lose your leg and even die if you don't get it treated. MRSA is a medicine resistant bacteria, so I had to have surgery to get all of the infection removed. But I've heard of cases where if it got in the blood stream or even the muscle, it is hard to recover fully. So, I hope you did go to the doctor. It is so worth paying however much you'd have to pay if you don't have insurance.
