Well in this case it´s less a secret but more a case of bad memory. The guy I saw using this just couldn´t remember where he got it as it was some years ago.

For the lighting it´s no secret, I got everything from a german electronics store called Conrad. But dont ask what exactly I bought, because that I do not know, I just buy what I need that day so I don´t have a complete list.

The dudes are H0-train-model-scale people which I painted to look like starfleet personal.

I just dont see why they have to be so secretive about how or where to get certian materials. I just enjoy building them, not competing with everyone. lol not like its a contests. Only trying to make them as close as the show. Like asked someone on the material he used for lighting with 1701-A 1/350, like its was unsolved mysteries..lol.

I know these people make it like its the "Holy Grail"..lol. I would like to make something like it as i just got the model, and lights for it and blinker unit. the control panels in the bridge looks nice & conference. And loved your "Defiant", im getting one of those next. Got the 1701-a 1/350, but need light setup first.

Oh, those where totally scratchbuilt. I used seats from a 1/72 helicopter model all the other stuff was built with styrene sheets and EL-Foil.

I have seen one guy using a resin cockpit, but he couldn´t tell me where to get it.
