yeh, I dont care about american football at all but I do care about MMA so I've been watching a load of these American Football training vids. All I can say is your training methods are amazing, I have never seen anything as suited towards MMA, maximal strength and functional power in my life. Im seriously impressed but even as just a sports enthusiast, I am going to try to incorporate some of your techniques. I had no idea NFL training was so perfect for fighting.

If the stadium gets built in Santa Clara, THEY BETTER REBUILD THE TRAINING CENTER. FCOL...Josh shouldn't have to hold back because he is going to hit his head. How does he get better? @jakesnod Bad paint job?...THATS THE 9er COLORS. Legit weight room? They cant even do plyo jumps w/o hitting their heads on the ceiling. Yes they have everything they need, BUT the space is horrible and way too small. The place was built in the eighties and they deserve a new facility. Look at the Jets and Seahawks facilities just to name a few. No one is complaining, just stating the obvious!
That place looks like heaven.
