  • They came to my school and I swear I have never cried so hard in my LIFE

  • they just came to my school it was sad/hart breaking

  • i cried. like i did during the movie. some day i plan to persue my career in pediatric and neonatal nursing so one day i can go to africa and help these children. i dont know how im going to go about it now, but some day its my dream to make it work. my heart is to these children.

  • 1:16 i am happy to say i met Tony today at my school he has an amazing personality :)

  • @o0BlueBubbles0o Cool. :] I met Francis.. :] Cool guy.

  • Amazing song... Paired with the video really hits you deep!

  • i know many of you want to help this cause, but what invisible children is NOT here to over throw Kony, its here to help raise money for schools and to help children who have been kidnapped, but escaped find their family's. I understand that we are trying to get the government to over throw Kony but Americas not like like. We have to help ourselves first.

  • Sorry to say the charitable orgs. like inv. children are only PROLONGING the horrible conditions in which these children have to live in. We cant continue to support the system that's created these conditions. The CORRUPT leaders of Uganda have created the mass seperation of wealth thats plagued and enslaved many Ugandan generations. Konys military rebellion has failed bc it only creates more violence. Now a real REVOLUTIONARY must rise in Uganda against the corrupt leaders who create this mess.

  • America spends billions of dollars on weapons that could destroy our entire planet, and in this world that money could literally save millions of children around the world. It's sad that i guess having something that you know could kill millions of people is more comforting to know that you could do something that could save millions of people. PEACE, السلام, AMANI,शांति,שלום,和平,МИР. We are all brothers and sisters as human beings, lets not forget that.

  • fucking LRA dickheads....and that bastard kony...

  • I wish I could afford an invisible children shirt so much :/

  • This made me cry.

I'm def joining this club at my high shool :)

  • I like this song.....it's very sad.....

  • Aww, that was so sad about that lady and how her fiance didn't come back from Iraq. That made me wanna cry.... :(

  • this is delightful. Thank you.

  • Im not for policing the world the only way we can save these kids is for the country to fix itself

  • saww this movie last week ...completely changed me...

  • We should study how these children got invisible and make invisibility cloaks and stuff like harry potter.

  • its amazing that this is happening and barely no one know it, but keep on with the help that your doing and its inspired me to go and i will as soon as possible KEEP ON KEEPEN ON

  • if you watch this video, go on facebook and search for chase community giving. Donate your vote to invisible children to win 1,000,000. Today is the LAST day to vote and IC is in first place but it won't be for long without more votes! It isn't over till it's over. Make it happen!

  • damn..

  • This is SO sad!

  • but mathew never came home. thats so sad i just realized that

  • In the end, even these people who want to help will end up forgetting up the people they are supposed to help, buying t shirts and merc. is just another round of fear and consumption. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

  • @elite227 Glad Somebody is Minding the Store & Telling the Truth Here. U are so right, elite. ~ttt~

  • people come into my school every year to talk about this. we have a club also.

    jeeze, this is so sad.

  • touched my heart

  • thes peopl came to my charch

  • this video made me cry.. some people dont understand how good of a life we have and most of us take it for granted.. i really wish i could be more like you guys. your doing an amazing job. keep it up!

  • Really, don't you think these children and their familes have jesus in their lives already. I'm sure they have more faith than any other group of people. Don't preach that they need to accept him, preach that we should trust in God as much as they do.

  • follow up: Because He loves us. He is a just God, He is a loving God, he is a gracious God and a Merciful God. And he loves us too much to see us fall into the pit of hell. Accept the salvation that is presented to you and preach it to the nations. It is a free gift and is even more valuable than any eduation we can give. The people who are lost and hopeless will have something to live for eternity and it will change their lives more than any object or education will. John 6:51

  • follow up: But then you might say, what are we saved from? We are saved from eternal damnation to hell. This is God's wrath upon us. It started with Adam and Eve. They broke a rule set by God and humanity itself fell. We deserved God's wrath because we were not obeying Him. And we still don't. Everyone sins, I do, you do, everyone does. But God was merciful and still is. He sent His only son, who is perfect and sinless to take on our sin so that we could be in communion with God. Why?

  • All of these donations for education and everything are wonderful. But what the lost people of Africa and every other nation needs is salvation. Think about it. The things we give them don't last forever. Not even the education. When we all die do our education and all of our worldly possesions matter anymore? No. What they need is eternal life. That's what everybody needs, and they will only receive that through salvation. By accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

  • what about the children and homeless and people who need helped in our own communities? what are we doing about them? how can we help other without helping our own first? this is not selfish or insensitive in any way, but i wish i saw more motivation and activism to combat the problem we have on our own soil

  • i agree with you not totally, but in someways, honestly i think the homeless people in the cities have in a way more resoursces or more help that the people in africa or any other poor country, the homeless people in america they have associations that provides them food or cofee when its cold, and sometimes somewhere to sleep for a day NOT EVERYONE but must of them, its alot easy to help people living in a city that people living in the wild but dont get me wrong thats just my point of view

  • African leaders really suck ,God damn...

  • I would love more than anything to help

  • There is a gourmet coffee company that gives 10% of all it's profits to the Invisible Children of Uganda. Here is the site if you decide you want to check it out. boreshacoffee . com/sundeen

  • Okay guys, I have an idea. Now I didn't know about this organization til today & I wanna get the word out so I think we should organize a mass donation simultaneously around the world to draw attention to this organization globally. Now I want everybody spreading the word on the streets & online & saving money & necessities while we decide on a date & time of utmost importance to the Ugandan community to donate across all time zones. I'd like this translated into all languages. Spread the word.

  • Check out our "Invisible Children" stop motion video. Help us spread the word and DISCOVER THE UNSEEN.

    Thank you.

  • i saw this docu in my school

  • i have been involved in invisible children for 3yrs now! I have the shirts and all the bracelets that are available. My school started the Invisible Children Club my junior year by one of my best friends. I was made one of the officers. Then my senior year I was made vice president but the pres. was hardly there bc he was always busy. So I basically ran it. I am now going into my second year of college and I still help out. I absolutely love this!!!!

  • go to twitter/bethechangeic for more ic or check out my page on youtube ♥♥

Be the change you want the world to be

  • i want to do something, i NEED to do something!

  • I totally relate to you.

We started a school club to donate money to invisible children.

Just put away money each month for invisible children, it's so easy to find SOME way to contribute. It's wonderful. ;)

  • im starting an invisible children club at my school to help spread awareness. Were going to raise money and donate it. I want to do anything i can to help out and make a difference.

  • the more this war happens, the more children have no future. PLEASE tell anyone you know about this, it needs to STOP!!!

  • i need help i want to get sundays and every one out there's message across to every one in my city in my school and evry one who i know will care i just dont know how to do it. i think this is more important than many other priorities that we Americans have today and it should be taken care of soon before more children lose their lives for no couse

  • and spending a lot of money for Irak`s nonsense war?...This is a real war too, and were is the powerful of Usa?

  • @luistun I like how everyone think its the job of the USA to solve every single world crisis. Why not look to the government of Uganda? Why not ask where they are?

  • @necronorris Yes what you say is true. but not every country (especially the less fortunate) has such a strong government like we do here in the Unite States(not saying ours is perfect). The Government over their is not as strong and wouldn't be able to stop the "gorilla armies" if they stood as one against their government. Which is why i believe their government hasn't made larger action against them.

  • y dont america go there instead of iraq

  • because they werent a threat to national security

  • breaks my heart. tears me apart. they need help!

  • How can I go there, in Africa, and TEACH?: I live in Toronto, Canada; and I have several talents that I'd LOVE to pass on to those children..... I have 4 SONS, personally....... I have two that I am lucky to see every 5-7 years......

.... I sympathize with those children in Uganda; they have needs such as "ALL CHILDREN ALL AROUND THE WORLD."

  • does any one know if invisible children have any programs i can join that will help me visit Africa so i can help?

  • samee

  • probably not you can help by going to the website and donating money but thats it

  • check the website under jobs at the bottom and you can try for internships or volunteer work. You can also try sending an email and asking how you can help in Africa

  • you can buy nice t-shirts and get the movie which i heard was really good

  • lol at jared white

  • they need to find a way to kill kony not arrest him, because plans of peace wont work with him

its like the movie makers guys said it would either take a gun or peace they tried peace it didnt work so move to the gun

  • if they go to the gun they are hipocrites and just as bad a Kony

  • so they are more worried about being hypocrates than stopping someone who kidnaps kills and maim hundreds of people a year

whats more valuable a title or kids

  • Thats true

  • Africa has become worse off since the 1970's. We need to promote solid economic policy good governance for the continent. Africa needs to participate in global trade to raise thier standard of living.

The world needs to pressure thier governments to take action instead of ignoring the problem. Individuals efforts to save an impovrished continent are hopeful at best.

  • im going to try and help!! :)

    very inspiring!

  • you have got to be the most DISGUSTING person i have ever came across in my life.

  • Comment removed

  • This is an amazing video! Everyone who supports Invisible Children should be so proud to be helping such a great cause!!!!

  • I want kony to DIE he dosn't deserve to live after what he did. Bobby Bailey came to my school today! =] He awnsered questions and showed us a movie called The rescue....But everytime i hear jacob cry i cry too =[

  • omg we watched it in theology class and my friend wasnt there and i was sitting by myself and when jacob was crying i started crying (luckily i had sun glasses on for career day xD) i wanted to give him a hug!! :(

  • i have been having nightmares about Kony all week......scared.....

  • This made me cry =[ This is VERY touching Poor jacob!

  • i really love what you guys are doing. this really touched me and brought tears to my eyes. as the saying goes..."do not give them fish, but teach them how to fish."

good luck hope everything goes well over there...;)

  • it's very cool that you follow saint fancis. Way to go. you guys rock!! i wish i could help

  • You CAN help though.

  • watch this documentary, it will change your life forever!!!!!!!!

  • i cried when i watched this.. i want to help so bad.. i'm going to Africa in February!! i can't wait

  • i really am glad we're helping out.

    this made me cry.

i got a hoodie from the website.

i want a shirt too, but i don't have any more christmas money left.

    i'm gunna start saving though.

    :)

  • aww this made me cry!

  • i'm confused.

  • i really want to get involved with this. i want to do something to raise money for the invisible children for my senior project. at one point i want to go over to africa and visit these kids.

  • I'll try to sum up all your ridiculously self-righteous posts for you. You're saying that:

    1) Individuals that live in a certain nation that is small and undeveloped matter less than individuals that live in countries that make US news reports

    2) It is no use trying to help anyone outside of your own little comfort bubble

    3) Since you consider yourself "well-educated", surviving in a country with civil war, corruption, genocide, terrible health care and famine would be a cake walk

    Get help

  • tdog, im really sorry you dont understand the severity. It may be a joke to you, but it is far from it. In the video, it had an a girl named Acii Nancy, who is currently attending the same university i am, and is in the Campus Crusade for Christ. She decided to share some of her story with us on a retreat, and it is amazing what this organization has done. They are giving kids, some orphans, a chance at life. honestly, my heart aches for people like you. i really pray you come around.

  • You honestly think that because they are trying to do some good and change our world that they are a cult? Really?! You're a sick person. Go crawl back into the hole you came from and I'll gladly bury you there.

  • Have you actually watched the movie?

  • tdog youa are the reason that people think we are a bad country. At least show some respect for these kids. They go through 10 times as much shit as you do everyday. Don't think of this as another dumb club or organization.

  • The comments that have been made are shocking. I pray that all of you will see how you think this is funny well go over there with nothing live like them then come back and make those same jokes!

  • oh yeah im sure you know how to survive if your infected with HIV

yeah not all the kids are dying like that but a lot of them are

you can't say you know that you can survive there until you have

and im not saying i want you to join, trust me, nobody wants you to

    but just have some respect

  • wow tdog

your just a redneck with no heart

who laughs at something like this

why dont u try surviving what these people have to go through

oh right, cause you don't have any balls to accept the fact that you cant

  • wow..just..wow

your a very horrible person,a surprisingly horrible person..

  • I really don't see how stopping kids from being raped, murdered and starved can be a bad thing... what gives man?

  • are you fucking seriouse i hope you rot in hell you fucking asshole all you think about is yourself fagget go crawl in a ditch and sufficate yourself there is no need for people like you in the world

  • and to think children who have ten thousand times more heart and love than you do are the ones suffering.

    grow up.

  • you are a ungreatful little basterd your frends too this oranisation is doing a lot for others whle you sit here and laugh at them for doing good i hope you go to hell

  • ok ok ppl lets stop we all now realise how dumb this ass hole is and we also realise he is well hated amen hahaha invisible children rocks :)

  • you've got to start somewhere, asshole....

  • if u listened they sed its all around the world, dumbass.

  • I'm the Vice President of our Invisible Children club at my high school. It's the best thing I've ever involved in my life and so fast. I'm proud to be apart of such a powerful movement. I will forever support the invisible children. <3

  • I saw this in class last year and I jumped up to get involved. We've had bake sales, car washes. concerts, and more to help raise money for these children. This is really sad what they do to these children.Oh, and FlyingAce1717... That's probably the stupidest remark I've ever seen about a cause this great. You seriously need to re-evaluate some things in your life.

  • seriouss how can i get involved! i saw this movie yesterday in class=[ soo sad

  • wow. what a powerful song and documentary. something that will definetly not be forgotten. ever.

  • how can your heart not go out to them? Imagine doing this? What they have done is unbelievable they have helped so many kids and alls they ask is others that can to help also. If you don't want to or can't don't. But at the same time don't degrade yourself by saying negative things about it...

  • Saying something like that makes me want to feel sorry for you too (I don't though)because you must not have a heart. I can't even imagine saying or thinking something so cold as that. Its people like you that are the cause of these poor little souls that would kill to have the life you have!!! Oh and one other thing i hope that someone someday shows you the compassion that you have shown to these chrildren and the situation!

  • aaand what you said is pretty stupid!

  • gave me chills

  • Im cryin...

  • Awesome and brave

  • for people like BDean97 :

we will always have our own problems and if it where for what your saying we would never help others too.just think about it

even from the little that you have ,you can still give something as little as it be to others - ALWAYS - it depends about of your will ofcourse...

  • My friend and i are getting involved at our school, (making and selling tee shirts, etc.) Please, i dont mean to preach, but try to get involved and talk to your teachers about starting something at your school. make a difference in the world, and all that good stuff. :D

  • i guess it just depends where your priorities are. just helping something is good enough

  • selfish much? what trivial problems do we have compared to these kids? americans have so many free social services to help us when we're struggling, like hospitals and homeless shelters. WHY would it be a bad thing to have this organization do the same for the children in uganda?? whenever america struggles in the midst of a war, we go to other countries asking for help. so when other countries ask us for help, why don't we do the same??

    have a goddamn heart.

  • I Have Seen The Movie And I Cried And Cried ... it was the most insparacinal video i have ever seen ! .. but i really love this end for it .. and is this a new song i would love to have the name if i could PLease and Thanks You!

  • where can you get the

    dvd?

  • you can but the dvd on the invisable children website. just invisible children dot com

  • Am I to assume you attend AHS?

  • we watched the movie today and i was crying!its just so SAD!I'm crying right now! This movie changed my life!Like it completely changed it!..you know whats also crazy, today when we watched this ONLY 2 PEOPLE WERE CRYING..me and my best friend Marisol..I have to go, I'm just crying too much!..LORD..please just help these..these innocent children..they don't deserve this..THEY DON'T DESERVE THIS!THEY HAVE TO SUFFER ALL OF THIS!PLEASE REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE A DIFFERENCE, DON'T BE AFRAID!

  • ....watch the actual video changes life in minutes

    this is awsome keep supportin

  • good video

  • omg! That was a great clip

if anyone knows please reply to me and tell me where u could donate please!

    thanks

  • billions of dollars can go to the destruction of our fellow man.Billions spent on war and new technology to end lives but ask them to build up, to empower and give these children something every child should have(hope, a home,an education)and they throw a fuckin fit

  • =(

i really admire these three men.

  • For FlyingAce1717: The thing we have problems understanding is that the colonial powers left no foundation for the countries to recover. They drew false lines, and drained the lands dry. Dictatorship policies have since flourished, one tyrant leading untill he was replaced by similar forces, the circle never-ending.

  • We have to give them the jump start, since it was our ancestors who cheated them out of their happiness in the first place. If they are to take a more active role, they must first be taught how.

  • actully if it wasen't for are ancestors the black people over here in(America) would be suffering like the rest of the ugandians... Have you ever thought of that?

  • Actually you are HORRIBLY mistaken. Blk Americans would not be suffering like the children of Uganda. Europeans who robbed the African continent are responsible for the way the continent of Africa is today. Africans were FINE before Europeans came & created chaos. Africans knew how to take care of themselves before Europeans came and destroyed their way of life.

  • we didnt destroy shit the nazi's did raid africa though for stratgic reasons and take the natural resources that the african people did not use.

  • Actually the Dutch and Portuguese destroyed Africa before the Nazis came my friend..read a book. Learn real history..not the White mans version of it.

  • Wow. Relax..u seem a little high strung and you're off topic. The point is that Africa was perfectly fine before the White man came & enforced his laws upon SOMEONE ELSE'S land. Africans were not uncivilized..the uncivilized are those who wrongly believe that they are superior to other human beings and savagely destroy a perfectly intact land. And before u respond to me again...lose the attitude..i know the truth hurts. =) lol

  • i agree with u my friend

  • that's true. europeans colonized africa, and took away all the resources like diamond and gold, especially in south africa. they basically raped the land and brought all the goods back to europe during apartheid.

  • right on. keep trucking.

  • i'd love to say i have time to chip in but i wouldn't kno where to start, maybe in my future years i'll beable to lend a hand

  • To the guys who made fun of these kids:

When your wives divorce you because you are completely emotionless dickheads, I hope Jacob is the lawyer that fries your asses.

  • im in this at my school! and

ahh its so sad! i watched the

vid about them last year. and

i cried. and i watched it again

this year. and it still made me

    cry! its to sad!

  • wow that video was amazing. i actually cried at the end.

  • wow me too.

  • brad6544, you are a sick person, and I'll be praying for you. It breaks my heart that anyone can sit behind a computer and say such awful things. These children endure more than you ever will, and you should feel blessed. Instead you scorn the children that have to kill to stay alive, have to watch the kid next to them get shot for shedding a tear. And you think it's funny? Does that entertain you? I pity you.

  • As artists, musicians, voices of the universe our message is clear and important.

All the brightest from one voice to another

    Steve - Soul Path x

(clicked 3 stars by mistake, wanted to click 4)

  • These childen inspire me what can I do to help?

  • this is very sad

  • this is serious. please, stop saying that you would bet on the guys with the more aks if it was broadcast on live tv. this is a real thing hapening in a real country. it is not just a game or some sick joke. it is real. there should be no jokeing about it.

  • I don't get it, What are invisble children? or who are???? I NEED INFO, any website or anyuthing.

  • Heartless.

  • u guys have to relize they arent really invisible!!!!!

its just th they are unnoticed...nobody over here in the spoiled america wants to do anything...it definatly makes me appreciate my life a lot more

  • i from Monterrey, Mexico... is beautiful that you do for this childrens, how can i help? sorry for my inglish.

  • how would one go about visiting uganda with an organization?

  • u must be kidding, honestly. they are "invisible" because they werent very well known about before this movement and they sleep underground and try not to be seen to avoid abduction. (ppl, correct me if im wrong please)

  • wow

how can you say something like that?

have you actually seen the video?

    it made me cry

im glad this organization is there to make a difference in these kids lives, and im gald that ive been involved w/ it, even if it is a very small part

  • i was jk.. but on the serious side, i think the children/leaders in uganda need to take a more aggresive role in ensuring thier freedom/saftey. outside help cant do everything.

  • you do have a point there. but the children cant really do much, and the government doesnt do much at all.

  • you ignorant fuckface...you have no idea what this is about!!!

  • i try to replay anhother coment...this video is beautifull

  • This is... tear jerking. My heart goes out to all of those children.

  • makes me cryyyy. and want to do something. i'm joining the invisible children group at my school!!
