@mehrcat1 Nautilus is the fiile manager. Open home folder in the unity launcher (icons on the left) and click on file system on the right sidebar. Then follow the directions he states.

Doesn't work in Ubuntu 10.10 too! Apparently chrome saves temporary flash video files at .cache/Default/Cache/ But, it deletes them quickly :(

Having got wise to this sometime through helpful videos like yours I recently found that the new version of flashplayer no longer allows you to do this. Installing an older flashplayer driver solves the problem by selecting flashplayer, then "force version" in linux synaptic software finder, choosing the oldest version listed.

in fedora and google chrome you can use /home/yourname.../.cache/googl­e-chrome/Default/cache There is a lot of files some of them is empty you can arrange items by size and look at the biggest in size in them. To show .cache in your home folder you must open hidden files

It works not only with Firefox.

OPERA IS THE BEST INTERNET BROWSER on the planet. It works on almost every OS.

Whatever browser from whatever web site, the file is saved in the TMP folder og the user.

OPERA gives me the option to delete TMP, if I chose, after it closes. Perhaps your browser has no luxury. So do not close the browser until tou CUT & PASTE the audio-video file to where you want it.
