  • Can i do it with fuji fp-100c?

  • @rafasilva1 You can do this with the Fuji Films. The biggest difference is that Fuji emulsion lifts without adhesive, so you will need to use something to get it to stay adherent to the paper when it dries. Matte Gel Medium works pretty nicely.

  • @graysong773 Thank you very much, i saw on flickr someone who did the emulsion lift and put it on a rock. Would this gel work on other materials or just on paper?

  • @rafasilva1 I've used it on other materials. I haven't tried it on a non-porous surface though.

  • great tutorial and awesome result on your hand!

My Impossible silver BW film is fading all pix... hope to get one image to try this!!

  • Great work! I'll be trying my first lift soon!

  • Can you use 600 film for it?

  • great tutorial!!

    thx for uploading :-)

  • Great way to do it!!! I tried it yesterday with some friends and the result is very nice!

    Thx for the vid!!!

  • after all these years i glad i found something new that i can do

  • You need a polaroid land camera for this from a 180 to a 450 model that takes 669 pack film. We used smooth watercolour paper when we did this process at art college and it worked well.

  • What paper do you use???

  • lol ... i tried this with expired Polaroid film and it just flaked and the image completely died ....... the first one i did was impossible project film and it came out 100% great ....... i guess it's because the Polaroid film is too old?...

  • i did this once in photography, pretty cool stuff

  • Can I do this with a undeveloped photographic sheet? I mean lift the emulsion layer off the sheet, putting it onto glass plate, and then expose it?

  • Hey, may i ask what kind of paper you used?

Does the emulsion automaticly stick to the paper even when it's dried?

I used regular thin photopaper, but that doesnt work because it gets wobbely and the picture doesn't stick when dried.

    Share a secret? :)

  • Very nice!

  • epic...

  • Can this be done with TZ film?

  • what kind of paper do you transfer it onto? awesome work btw.

  • This was Great...Thanx

  • good job, and very interesting,

    Thanks.

    Going to try soon

  • I noticed your hot water got chalky. This happens because the backing layer dissolves in hot water. You can prevent this by covering the back of your Polaroids with contact paper. A big roll of it costs less than $7 at your Home Depot / Lowe's, etc.

  • that's so cool!

did you just use a normal A4 paper for that last step?

where you transfer the pieces onto....

    thank you x

  • in the last step, do you simply put them on card stock paper, or is it something else?

  • are them 3 polaroid films? or not?

  • this is so cool

  • Cool! i'm gonna try it out! Thanks for the video

  • Awesome!!!! Love the Tunes!

  • could i do this into glass? would it need some kind of fix?

  • Nice vid! i was trying this today, used a glassplate for it, it looked amazing. Just wondering what kind of paper you´r using?

  • i allso want to know the song title :D

  • nice!

    what's the song title?

  • great video, does the paper your moving the image nto also have to be wet? im assuming so so the image will slide right over.

    thanks

  • beautiful! lovin it!

  • you are an artist!!

  • This is a great video! Thanks. A really beautiful image at the end. What's the music? It's fantastic and like someone else said, perfect for the vid!

  • THANKS FOR SHARING!

  • Too cool! The emulsion layer just slid right off! Oh, how I want a an old Land Camera... : )

  • How do you work so fast? Only and Only if Ive had three or four espresso's and latte's would i ever be able to do it that quickly.. :))

awesome job! I'm gonna try it!

  • Fascinating technique, amazing work of art at the end. Thank you for sharing this.

  • genial weon te pasasateeee

  • Wow! Great technique.

  • what chemical did you use?? thanks

  • There are no chemicals at all. It's just hot & cold water.

  • what chemical did u use??

  • what a great teaching method. i think i could learn anything this way.

  • Thank You! What a beautiful video you made. I loved how you made it in fast speed. The music was perfect. Peaceful, with a little suspence. Utterly beautiful finished product. Way to go!

  • could you possibly list the steps and times for each?

  • is it possible to do anything with 600 film?

  • it kills me that polaroid is discontinuing this all.

  • this is the magical one...Would you make some more? Does any other film work?

  • Thanks :) You need one of this films:

    669, 664, 554, 559, 54, 59, 809, 804

  • hi how long does it take to dry?

  • just like normal watercolor paper...

  • This was great! Can you share what kind of polaroid camera you are using? Thanks.

  • It was a 330 Land Camera.

  • do you use fujifilm at all for your 330? or have you tried it?

  • no, I'm using just polaroid 669

  • Thank

  • cool

  • Does this process only work with transfer/emulsion film? Or just any film?
