  • you've got to be doing some power cleans or heavy squats no? nice power! you seem to have more functional strength than most bodybuilder types..(assuming that is how you train, machines, isolation exercises,etc.)

  • thanx. i do all kinds of strength exercises, bench, deadlift, powerclean too. squats i only do with relatively light weight, my right knee ive had injured a while ago allways starts to hurt when i do squats.. i prefer legpress for heavy quad training as im having no problems with that. and lots heavy calf raises cuz calves are extremely important for jumping

  • hey, you look like you have good genetics, i just want to know when did u start to go through puberty, around how old wer eyou because im still 16, and... also what sort of genetics u ahve, your mother and father, were the yvery sproty etc. andy heart conditions, because if u have family hsitory of diabetes or something then it can affect your running and cardiovascular fitness.......

  • i been extremely light and skinny when i was a little kid. i first started experimenting with strength training around 11yo, later on more sports.. running, snowboarding, freeruning, swimming etc. :)
