@dullyman159 you don't need extra videocards , you videocard supports eyefinity , just plug the monitors on your video card and enabled them on the catalyst software . you might need an dvi to display port ACTIVE converter for the thir monitor (if your monitors are only dvi)

@MorgieAlmighty the 5970 can run 6 monitors total with displayport unlike the other cards that can run 3 with displayport.  So it actually doesn't need displayport to do 3 monitors-it can run up to 4 monitors on HDMI/DVI
