@xxcrazylukexx The Plane is actually still about 30-40 feet in the air by the point it is over the beach, and the engines are on very low throttle, probably about 5% which is not nearly enough to suck a person into them from that height. Even if the engines were at 100% throttle at that point, it is still to high to suck any objects into them.

Been here, landed there. Sitting inside the plane looking to the side we were hoping there was a landing strip ahead. The plane then stayed in a straight line and just stopped on the tarmack. Not like any airport I have ever experienced.

My wife & I were there in July and I made a plan for day 2 of my vacation. After a 2 double-latte Starbucks breakfast & 4 Red Bull lunch I got on the beach-wall & prepared as the next 747 set glide path & final approach(Air Singapore flt.5682).

The moment the nose passed I jumped up grabbed the wing & landed on the runway with the mighty jet. Unfortunately, I did tear my shorts on the airport fence. Do not try this, but I wouldn't trade that 12.7 sec for all the Mexicans in the United States.
