Many of the pics are from the EUFOR Althea operation, and also some non-EU members, like Turkey, did participate in this mission, still most of the troops were from EU countries. I was there for 20 months.

The only reason to why some people might feel negativity towards polish is because polish immigrants will work for much less than swedish workers - that means they'd lose job opportunities. We already have pretty high unemployment rate now during the financial crisis. But there's nothing more than that I assure you.

That's not true my friend. Swedish people love the polish very much. I'd say we have the closest ties to Finland, after that Denmark, Norway and the baltic countries. Right after comes all west european countries, poland included. I personally feel very strongly for all west european people, you are our brother countries and our brother-people. We all have very similar history, traditions and culture. Lastly come the east-european nations, these are not as close to us but still europe!

I don't know if you're aware of this but we annually give 30 billion crowns in foreign aid and 20 billion to the EU. Put that in proportion by looking at our total cost for our entire army 44 billion, and everything that has to do with the justice department: 40 billion...

My scenario of the future the EU and China will be the new opposing superpowers while USA will struggle to revive its economy. Russia will be either have a full blown dictatorship again in witch case it will have difficulties with the economics due to the supposed EU trade blockades or she will after some pressure from EU become a democracy with its head leaning towards EU
Either way, in my future EU will be the "place to be" whiles China will be the place "not to be" and Russia/USA in between

We should not let third world countries like Bosnia, Serbia or Turkey join EU. At least not yet. I have nothing principally against those countries, it's just that they are too poor, have to low standard, and their culture is far too different from the other member states. Remember that all richer nations will have to pay to the poorer countries every single year till they reach a "medium" standard. We have enough with Romania and Slovenia for a long time. Ganze einfach. Im Gegensatz zu den Eurocorps ist die EUFOR eine jeweils zeitlich befristete Zusammenarbeit zwischen EU-Ländern. (zB. im Moment gerade gegen Piraten)
Es ist also eigentlich keine Armee wie im Video dargestellt.

EU is as much about economics as about politics and geopolitics.
you think the EU expanded to east because the new market it opened,that's to insignificant for the west powers.
they want a global player to rival US/China/India, and no european country can do that separate.
as areas of influence are carved up by the new multipolar powers(Eu/US/China, even India) who controls more ground and resources counts.
EU cant afford to be stagnant or they loose the edge.

The same as the USA's policy towards, say, Mexicans. We can only take so many of the world's uneducated poor, so immigration has to be checked instead of just letting everyone in, legal or illegal. Also, Europe has been multicultural for centuries, so your comment about 'Whites/Aryans only' is ridiculous, to say the least. Not that there is even such a thing as a single policy on immigration, all countries make up their own. Europe is not a nation, and neither is the EU.
