Davydova nailed it when she said she believes in performances...not in points. So, Gymnastics Canada has a system in place that doesn't necessarily ensure selection of the best athlete to represent Canada. Nansy and Elyse are older so they are able to rack up more "points" in international competition. Kristina wasn't old enough to go to international competitions so she had to sit back and watch the other two girls collecting valuable points and then play "catch up" when she could go.
