Dues ex: HR is the type of game that everyone plays differently, so I imagine that most people watching a LP would end up yelling at their screens. "No, you fool, you could have stabbed him, argh, don't do that, no, that gun is awful!" etc.
@Kwickgamer yeah I love the game for that, you can play as so many different personality types.
I was expecting a simplified version of the original but what I got was a game that's even more challenging (and well made, the original had some horrid AI problems) than the original, very surprising.
A tip to people that want to get the most out of the role playing aspects, play through your mistakes. Don't load the last save because you got someone killed by accident, continue and
Hey, if you're busy in real life, you're busy. No big deal.
As for Deus Ex: I kinda agree on that bit. It helps you get immersed into the story and setting more if you're not constantly talking to an invisible audience.
I personally don't give a fuck about "slow moments" in a game LP. If it's enjoyable overall, it's fine. I've watched many a "slow moment" in LPs. Fine by me.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution looks totally bitchin, i was thinking about getting it now that the price dropped a little does Deus Ex: Human Revolution have more then one ending like the Original? (∩▂∩)
@GooglSpiesOnUs yes, there are 4 different endings.. you've probably already found that out by now but i thought id let you know, in case you didn't =D
Have you beaten Deus Ex yet? Will you be playing RAGE? I know what you mean about just wanting to play the games for fun. My work is killing me. I'm so mentally exhausted. Good luck on your classes.
@goliathprime I havnt finished it yet. Rage doesnt really look that appealing to me anymore. Ive herd really average things about it. Im most probably not going to get it. I think ill spend my time and money on some of the games coming out soon :)
@HuntHerKillHer I've been playing RAGE on and off when I have the time. It's a game with an identity crisis. It doesn't know whether it's an RPG, a FPS or a racing game. It's got a lot of things I don't really like about it, but it also has a lot of things I absolutely love. If you get the chance somewhere down the road, I'd say give it a try. It's worth playing just because it's so beautiful, kind of like Shadow of the Colossus was.
-experience how that mistake affects the story. Makes the first playthrough much more satisfying.

one could finish the whole game without firing a shot other than boss fights. which i thought was awesome but takes longer.
