  • I know what stonehenge was built for! But im not telling! Some things are better left un said! Peace!

  • I just had to watch this again! Those pipes are excellent!!! I couldn't get a long enough look but they look like Julian Goodacre's :) (Apologies to the maker if I'm wrong). Excellent playing anyway - great drumming and dancing too!!! I am most impressed!

Le beannachdan agus dùrachdan (With blessings and good wishes),

    Ruiseart.

  • Great stuff!!! I love the piping!!! (Who was the bagpipe maker?).

  • im guessing 3/4 of the people arnt actually pagan?

I would rather see the real druids, then a bunch of tourists

  • i was there

  • nutters!!

  • Hah I'm in the background! (the girl with white hair in the crowd behind the druid) :P

  • Mittelaltermarkt im Steinkreis? Aua. DAS hat Stonhenge nicht nun wirklich verdient. Mögen sich die Deppen doch bitte anderswo produzieren, die heiligen Stätten kommen gut ohne sie aus.

  • I went last year and a sketchy pagan said i'm a bad omen and bad things are going to happen to me and shit. lol

    WTF!?

  • LOL..yu going this year?

  • I would have loved to be there!!! lol

  • best night of my life cant till next year see all there

  • Twas a truly amazin moment!! and an amazin solstice!!

  • it was amazing this year. Everyone was so friendlyx

  • Haha amazing, I was there in the front of the crowd with the cap on, loved every minute of it. Was a good solstice despite the weather.

  • great video. At what time was this? I might have gone late to the stones.

  • This was at the Sunset ceremony approx 8.45pm

  • hee hee, i know, i was so concerned with making sure we had enough for the kids

that i actually forgot my cloak, what a great

opportunity to wear one too!!! :-(

i was thinking a couple of fishing umbrellas around the kids would be grand for next year,

or peg some canvas to the fence & have an actuall shelter, but we wont need it will we, it's going to be clear skies ;-)

  • aah, i wouldn't say 'crap' it was hard work

keeping the kids warm & dry as we weren't

allowed sleeping bags but this being our first year we'll be well prepared next year,

    :-D

wish i'd seen this music, well cool :-)

  • Cloaks work wonders boogfolk, or even those fleece blanket things - wrap it round you like a cloak and get everyone to do so and then you have blankets etc.

In addition to our robes/staffs/cloaks we took two large golf umbrellas and a £2.50 plastic sheet from Wilkinsons.

This kept most of it off! (I'm the one in the video with pink hair and dots for eyebrows and through the miracle of the plastic sheet I still had eyebrows come morning =p)
