@138chuvok How does that refute my standing point that this cover brings out nothing in the song that isn't obvious in the original? You need only a working pair of ears on your head to hear that. Now, drop the half-arsed attempts at wit and come back with a solid and articulate post arguing for the position that this is an artistically justifiable cover. I'll give you a hint in your favour: you'd rather be locked in a small room for eternity listening to this on loop than Kreator's version.

@138chuvok Thank you, I do try to maintain certain standards, glad to see you reciprocating. You are correct, a cover need not be an insightful reinterpretation, it is a risky thing to do, most bar bands wisely avoid radical covers till they get better. Besides, most people don't even have critical skills of dogmatic dick head, you may as well just pop out a well loved ditty as-is for them to jig along too.
