Teela has no real connection to Duncan biologically. He raised her, but that's it.

the sorceress took care of him and they had an kid but he did know about her

The whole Duncan being her real father was only hinted at. It was never flat out stated Teela's real history was supposed to be revealed in the third season.

It is never said specifically that her and Duncan are biologically related.
