I heard that the sony ereader was slow and it took a long time to switch pages but in this review it seems to be running fine. Have you had problems with it running slow?

could I transfer my PC's pdfs files directly onto the sd memory card? or must I buy those books on internet and then save them on my PC?

Is there some built-in dictionary on it?

Thanks. Yes, you can load pdfs on the SD memory card, and view them on the Reader. And no, it doesn't have a built-in dictionary.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, the Reader can read PDF or Word files. And depending on what type of content you have in your file, you may need to manipulate it if you can't see it clearly even after zooming in.  For example, you could convert your file to a JPG to help improve clarity.

And yes, the Reader has a sony Memory Stick Duo card slot and an SD memory card slot.

How did you get a red one? I thought they were only in white and silver. I want a pink one. Seriously, I want one of these, but a pink one would be fantastic!

I am really interested in getting one of these. But can you just use any PDF file in it, or do they need to be specifically for digital readers?
