You can also show them an entrance which is very carefully hidden. Big scary door with Sithis picture on it. Don't mind emo assassin dude near the entrance.

I think it'd be more realistic if the sanctuary entrance was in the sewer somewhere...then you could have a sprawling sanctuary with more complex training rooms and a shrine to the night mother that allows special powers, a special suite for the listener, more quests...etc. Oh...i should really get this for pc so I can mod these things...

@Killerdustyn I know of one now. It's called brotherhood renewed or something like that. You have to revive all of the fallen sanctuaries once you become listner. There is one in every city, and they are all hidden. some are better than others.
