hey dude umm i beat the game on all levels and i dontt like the m60 really its like to easy with it any more i wana challenge so any thing but that but any way what guns do you suggest?

i have the hand held m60 machine gun :D it has unlimited ammo but you have to beat game on vetrean very hard :O

@changoLA16 Pills are in every level. In the instruction it'll tell you the controls.

@changoLA16 You get them by beating any level without getting hit, the ammo you get for beating any level without reloading
