  • Great work on this video! Thanks so much for including our pads, I really like the way you've explained all the options out there :)

  • Thanks so much for all your reviews showing the different reusable pads! I had never heard of them until I was searching for reviews of cloth diapers, and then it was like "Hello! If you're going to be earth-friendly with your baby's diapers, why throw away all those menstrual products?" Your comparisons of the different features were really helpful. I just ordered some from Lunapads to try.

  • I found a less messy, and perhaps cheaper solution. That don't require water.

Snip a pad pattern, from a plastic bag, for isolation, put on toilet paper as required, and fasten on your panties with safety pins, on each side, replace the paper, once used, and clean the plastic, with vinegar water, cloth, once your sycle is finnished.

  • cool :)

  • I have a quick question. Do you wear the pad all day or change it out? This is probably a stupid question...lol thank you great video!!!

  • Wow what a great video! Thanks for a more detailed look at cloth pads. Lots of great advice. I am def going to be purchasing these!

  • If the Luna pad were a diaper it would be called an AI-2 (all in two). I have many AI-2 diapers- checkout best bottoms and soft bums to see what I mean!

  • I think Lunapads are best for on the go. In a public bathroom, all you have to do is change the liner.. super easy!

  • OK, you've got me convinced to try these. One (probably stupid) question: Are the metal snaps ever an issue going thru security checks? Love your videos. :)

  • @jro2577 lol not a stupid question at all. I have not had any problems with them. If you think about it, it's less metal than a zipper or snap on your clothes, so you should be ok! If you're worried though, Blossom Pads has plastic snaps. Plus if you enter TarotLady at checkout Blossom Pads will give you 10% off you entire order!!

  • Your videos are fantastic! I just made the switch and I am hooked! I recently ordered from Lunapads and Blossom-pads, and also from Treehugger Mama Cloth... so excited to try them all (planning to order from Domino pads as well). Do you have any favorites? Thanks for posting your videos- they are so wonderful and informative. Keep it up!

  • @ElizabethAnneBoleyn Blossom Pads and Lunapads are my top 2... but Party In My Pants pads are great too!

  • @TarotLadyLissa Just had to say again- your vids are awesome! Actually makes me excited for my period so I can try them all out! P.S. I'm hooked, so I've now ordered from Domino Pads, Tree Hugger, and PIMP as well as Lunapads and Blossom pads . You should check Domino and Tree Hugger out too- they are awesome!!!

  • @ElizabethAnneBoleyn Blossom pads are great aren't they?!! I havent tried Domino.

  • they work so good. honestly since switching my periods became regular and lighter. strange isnt it. id never go back

  • @thunderinthevalley WORD!!! The chemicals found in disposables irritate your vagina, causing more cramping and heavier flow... with cloth.. my periods have gotten lighter and more regular as well!!

  • @TarotLadyLissa haha yes, and it feels great doesnt it. you know i was certain i had a hormone imablance i had bleeding between periods, mood swings, anger, the whole thing.... then i went vegetarian and switched to cloth and also cut out all the toxic cosmetics and unnatural products in my life and bammo everything changed.... If you ever have a cramp try Crampbark tea it is amazing....

  • @HolyBats Using cloth pads can lessen the heaviness of your flow. Disposables have so many chemicals in them, they actually make your periods worse!!! Perhaps so you are forced to buy more of them! lol Anyway, I have yet to have a pad stain.

  • Wonderfully informative video. You really have a great screen presence which is nice because it allows a person to concentrate on the topic not the persons screen quirks.

  • @HolyBats check out my video on washing them... so far i havent had any staining

  • Thanks for making this video!

  • great video!!

  • and props for you to making an entire informative video and not being well.. awkward or sounding weird about anything, I know that this is a difficult subject to talk about and discuss :)

  • @quailchow Thank you! i wen't to school for Medical Assisting, so talking about things like periods doesn't bother me at all. I feel like women shouldn't be embarrassed about their natural body functions. Besides, disposables were invented by men!!! No wonder they suck! lol j/k men, we love you!

  • Wow I never gave any thought to using these at all, now I'm really convinced and I will for SURE look into this more, it just makes so much sense!

  • omg I never knew they exsisted, thanks so much on the info, I'm so gonna get those!!!!!!!!!

  • @L8dyDeathStrike im going to be posting a giveaway for some cloth pads in the next day or so!!!

  • Omg that's awsome, I love all this information, why hispanic girls we dnt knw nothing about this kind of pads.. that's awsome!!!!!!!!

  • Great informative and eye-opening video. I don't know why I expected cloth pads to be hideous lol Thank you for posting :)

  • Great video. I love using cloth pads. I bought some AIOs from a great seller on etsy, Crea8tiveMama. Cloth pads really are more comfortable & less expensive in the long run. I love not having to run to the store every month to buy pads or tampons. I also use sponge tampons, which are MUCH more comfortable than regular tampons.

  • WOW those are really neat! :)

youtube teaches me things I would never just got out and find

  • I think you convinced me for sure. :) Thanks. :) I've always felt icky about them now they sound amazing. I am going to wait to your individual reviews before purchase.

  • I still wonder cause I am so heavy I go through 35 pads a day for 3 days will these work if I put a store bought pad in side the pocket one

  • @bellaanditsy That would defeat the purpose. You may want to try a DivaCup and use a cloth pad for backup

  • cloth pads rock! thanks for this review. you did a great job taking the 'ick' out!

  • wow, thank you for bringing this to my attention! this was a very thorough and useful video! thanks for taking the time to share this valuable information with us :)

  • Thanks for this video :D x

  • for some reason the audio isnt working on ur last video or this one :(

  • I love your videos! So informative, healthy and awesome! :D
