Good video guys, looks like a fun river. Now I'm not trying to be a hater here, but creek boats would be a bit easier on this type of whitewater rather than playboats.
ive been looking at kayaks recently i want a white water kayak but i will be using it in the sea sometimes as i live next too an estuary so i have river and sea , are white water kayaks ok in the sea ?
Wow that was quite amazing! I don't think I'll be doing that part of the Meig when I go south. Maybe a slighlty easier part first... Seeing as this will only be my first time on the rivers! Cant wait! :]
The river level was on it's standard compensation flow, a bit boney but the drops are good crack, would love to do it on a higher release. Cheers me old sausage.

The River Meig is located just north of Inverness (Scotland) near Contin.
