Bailey has missed a decent amount of time over the last two years, but he's been good. Career 206 ERA+ (league average is 100), 0.95 WHIP, 3.55 K/BB. A little worried about flyballs though.
Sweeney is a good 4th OF. Not a bad hitter, but he has pretty big lefty/righty splits. If he's going to see a lot of playing time, it should be in a platoon. I'd sign someone like Andruw Jones to a one year deal,
