The lyrics to this suggest to me that Alex had quite a prominent hand in helping Miles write it. The title alone sounds like something straight off the Submarine soundtrack. Not that Miles isn't a wonderful songwriter though.

@MajorBerk1089 I think Miles wrote this in like 2008 in the Rascals and the lyrics and tune are exactly the same except the order of the verses is switched, but maybe they worked together on it before 2008 or something. Yeah, it would fit nicely in Submarine. I still feel like Alex would put more metaphors in it if he wrote the lyrics.

one of the reasons it sounds better suited to him is because he wrote it with Miles as he did for many of the tracks
