Great - I love it ! It proves that Wu Dang and Tai Chi Can use the Upper Body without moving the Lower Body ,If that want to . Lots of people Chant about Total Body Integrated Movement , but in fact that do not understand just exactly what that means . Here ,they are practicing Stability .Thanks for sharing .
Actually we stand on not grounded fine stump, which may fall if we move wrong. I put some footage out soon.
