  • Mahlers Adagio aus der 5. Symphonie passt nicht zu diesem Gemälde. Die Musik scheint mir hier gründlich missverstanden. Es ist mehr ein Liebeslied als ein Totentanz... Besser passen würde der 3. Satz aus der unvollendeten 10. Symphonie.
