The best and the very most reverant way possible to receive Holy Communion is on the Tounge While kneeling. Even the Pope gave/gives communion that way at Mass.

I read this on the book "Light of the World". the Pope has no objection with the reception of Holy Communion by hand, but he recommends this way of receiving Communion. now i'm enlightened. (but no priest ever dared give Communion that way, especially here in the Philippines. i don't know why.)
