Game soundtracks are slacking nowadays. When a SNES game like this sounds cooler than most of the typical Latin-Choir "omg epic feel" garbage that we see in a lot of games now, then that means there's a problem.
AMEN! I have nothing against "epic choir" songs or anything like that, but that stuff seems more appropriate for movies. The music for video games and movies should be far more easily distinguished, IMO. I miss old-school game music.

This is from the US version, "Cybernator." Since it did not have the "through-the-ceiling-to-watch-the-president-harikari" scene, the part where he says, "The words of the old president will always echo through my head" had me confused for fourteen years...until yesterday.
...The war is over. / I was unsuccessful in fulfilling my mission for the Federated States Army. / Many of our soldiers persihed in this war for no reason. I should have tried harder to make a difference. / I cannot find peace with myself in this ruined city. I can still remember the words of the old president: "It's just the flow of time that has led us into war." / His words will echo forever in my head. Was this war worth the price we paid for failure?
how do you get the bad ending?

Does that S. in S. Urushihara happen to stand for Satoshi?
RocMegamanX 2 years ago
It does. AS Valken credits him as "うるし原智志", easy to spot at 5:37. His Wiki page lists AS Valken as well. He's got quite the CV!!

I cannot live with myself knowing that I could have won.
You have not fully completed your mission. Try again

This awesome, I loved Cybernator, but this version looks more amazing...I wonder why the took out all the art?
Oh well

RE: gbball:
The US port of this game is butchered... censored and all the character art stripped out for no rational reason. So weird.
