I like to look at China as a country like Chinese construction, looks good from far away, but once you get up and analyze it closely, the imperfections are hilariously noticeable. Anyone who has stayed in China for an extended period of time in a new property knows exactly what I'm talking about. China is a house of cards built on lies. Remember, a lie is not a sin in That part of the world. They don't have the burden of not telling the truth hanging over them like others.
total world economic collapse translates into WW3.when it comes to a nation's mere survival, they will do what it takes to survive.if that means WAR,then so be it!where this coming war will start will be the middle east but it will soon after will break out between Russia and China over land and resources.siberia is a resource rich and sparsly populated region in asia.this land rightfully belongs to China but was stolen by Russians.China will reclaim their lands back, kick Russia out for EVER!
haha! the "global economic crisis" is caused by the us. if anyone is collapsing, its the us economy. nice fucking tittle. how fucking retarded are you? no one is saying china is collapsing. are you inseccure?
It won't look good: owing money to a collapsed country. If the USA doesn't bolster the Chinese Economy then, our promise to pay will suffer a dishonor.
nigger the size bigger the problems and debt if a country the size of usa uk or brazil dont have a perfect spend surplus industrialized producing highly tuned economys where flow of money is permanent then things get out hand into extreme poverty really fast for large segments of the pop meanwhile in a 10 million economy the ecoomy dosent need to be as rosbust for ppl to live well and if problems occur it easy to fix them one major industry can make whole country function in the usa about 100
ppl haver this idea because countrys are nr1 producers or consumers and have higher rate of rich ppl they dont get they have much poorer poeple then smaller countrys high small economys but where money is more sparse and ppl have much better life, for exemple smaller countrys in eu have much less poverty then larger one where there are more rich ppl but also much poorer ppl, exemp usa nr1 economy has 30 million living in poverty china nr 2 500 million living in poverty its an illusion
China is not collapsing... but even IF CHINA COLLAPSED--Chinese can survive on the basics, while Fat Americans are hooked on hedonistic luxury lifestyle--so while China can tough the bad times out, America will stop existing as a country when dollar collapses
Wrong. The residential real estate bubble burst in many parts of the US in 2008-2009. Property values in areas such as Las Vegas, Stockton, Sacramento, Phoenix, etc. plummeted. Despite this, many think that this is not the end and numerous foreclosures are still to come.
Many commercial real estate are also dangerously veering towards foreclosure. Commercial real estate market is mostly overvalued due to speculation and overbuilding. We'll see.
what happened to the 'inevitable' collapse of china? its economy is still accelerating in its growth and at this growth rate it will surpass the US economy in less than 5 years, in 2016
Hmm, let's think: a really busy job fair, government actually concerned about unemployment, and somehow China will collapse? Tell you what, why don't you do us all a favour and collapse yourself.
Outsourcing all the jobs to China was bullshit. Cheating your own people out of needed work so another government can treat their workers with shit standards to make our consumer shit.
technological advances in manufacturing will eventually render China useless. After all, you still have to ship this stuff across a huge sea. You can now set up an automated factory in the US or the EU, produce the same products and the offset in transportation will make the Chinese products non-competitive.
@AtlanticMighty There'll be no one to invest in and build those factories in the US, as no one in the right might will invest in economy that will collapse. The cost of building such factories will also be TOO HIGH in the US/EU. American education is nothing but CRAP. With over a billion population and better education, Chinese specialists outnumber US and US will NOT be able to compete, even if factories become fully automated. China will find other markets. it's US who is NOW USELESS
@AtlanticMighty The laughable stuff you say... it's EVEN TOO EXPENSIVE TO WRITE SOFTWARE IN THE US NOW. Even software projects are outsourced, and you're talking about.. building factories, which require materials, transportation and construction labor, maintenance and tech personnel? Ahahahahaha. I'm a software engineer and even our work is GONE OVERSEAS. I fully expect to work for China, not US in the next 10 years.
@BrokenAeroVT does he owe me money (I personally would let it go)? Perhaps a better question would be, will China try to enslave the people of the U.S. when the dollar goes to zero.
@dblazesr I should also draw your attention to the fact that China has overbuilt its infrastructure and housing in an attempt to keep an 8% growth rate through this collapse. The housing has become overpriced and they lay empty. If that bubble pops like it did in the US, no one will be able to continentally invade and sustain warfare on anyone for perhaps decades.
This video is already outdated. After the stimulus program set up by the Chinese government, local factories are facing problems to find workers..furthermore, workers are moving frequently to a higher pay job..China now is working to rise the local consumption of their own products to avoid full dependency on exports. In the next ten years China may reduce the exports of their products. Industrial countries like USA may produce again these products at higher cost.
U.S gorvrmt is most shameless gorvmt in z world, created wars, currency issues, enemy, arm race, u name it.
(NOT AMERICAN, MOST ARE GOOD PEOPLE), when in stuggle, z U.S gorvmt will do ANYTHING EVEN AGINST IT OWN PRICIPAL as we seen, when and if need some thing, now even support taliban aginst Pakistan central gorvmt
"free trade" is not what we want... "fair trade" is. China is ripping off America. The way I see is, China is peddling "economic cracks" with cheap / bad products into US market. The more we buy from "made in china", the more we destroy our own economy. Don't buy "made in china".
@MyDogNameIsMao U are really dumb, don't know economic buying principal? spent 400% more buy american, stupid. don't ever buy chinese, we don't need U
@fdoca China is NOT the only place who has low cost labor. Yet, Chinese products are at lower cost than countries with lower labor cost than China: like Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, etc. The main reason for Chinese products to be cheaper is by the China manipulation of their currency. Every dollar that is used to buy Chinese product, it is 10 times of that you destroy your own economy. That is why people around the world start to call Chinese products as "Economic cracks".
Seems to me U can not tell truth or a propaganda, currency war is export ression to other country forced by american gorvrmt, each central bank has to adjusting according their domistic condition, its absolute common amoung all C banks, A country goes up & down is historical fact, This is domistic affair, NO COUNTRY HAS RIGHT TO DEMAND OTHERS, sad, U even believed there is manupilatn, in fact at poor people's expenses
American gorvrmt has show z world is shameless face, Sturdy !!
@fdoca hahaha.... this is too funny. The word "propaganda" applies more to China. China is still a backward country with 1 mono party / dictatorship government. Hundreds of newspaper and outlet in China, but all write/speak the 1 message given to them by the Government. I feel sorry for the people of China who are poisoned and brainwashed by the propaganda machine. In a free society like in the US, we welcome contracting point of views, hence propaganda is difficult to occur.
Use ur brain & sturdy ! Chinese president rank #1 in global leaders by Gallp pull, , Premier Wen Ja Bao visted poor, rural area often, visted 1,800+ counties in China , people call him "Grandpa" z way is care abt people, Why is 95% of Chinese love thier leader?
China pull out 500 million people from poor to middle class...biggest human right in human history
i am from Taiwan, suppose hate commie, why now i respect them???
Look Bush performense on Catrina flood, Don't know CNN is anti China?
@MyDogNameIsMao Do me a favor, taking a vacation for yourself to China and see, you will have a good time, i am sure.
then it will completely change your mind, Chinese cities is very safe, people are very very friendly,
86%(from a pull) love their country, my estimate is 92%, and respect their leader and love dearly to their millitary man, u can see when flood, earthquake How the troops taking care all the victims
Millions looking for jobs? Don't worry that ok in a nation of 1.3Bil people. It's a natural percentage. But if the same number were in US then it is a real BIG problem.
i love how they got an ethnically chinese woman to report negative news about china as if its objective and not biased, especially when the chinese woman can't even pronounce the location or in fact her own frickin last name properly.
Perhaps it could be argued that communism in China is on the verge of collapse, what with them opening up to the west in the '70's and becoming increasingly capitalistic while being more tolerant and accepting of religious faiths. As for China's economy as a whole, that remains to be seen. Wal Mart still stocks their shelves with cheap merchandise made in China, and trying to find something that doesn't have "made in China" stamped on it is a feat in itself. I guess time will tell.
@4711shaun Its still WRONG. If you're gonna make predictions, you've got to look at every inevitability. If you're right, you get the prise. Wrong and you look like an irritating little asswipe..
hydrogen economy won't work because it requires more energy to make it then it produces. it has nothing to do with scale of economic. fuel cell is just a battery, what we need is a source of power, the rising price of oil will benefit renewable power generation, but hydrogen is not power generation, it is power storage.
2.5 T T T Trillion foreign reserve, 5 place in Gold Reserve, Number Gold Producer, World Consumer Product Factory, The cheapest and fastest bullet train. Oh they build AR-21 regional jet. 95% rare earth strategic resource. If China go down the world will go down with it. Don't worry about country people because they alway have home to go to, or grow their food in country.
LOL. Chinese morons have to look to USA for jobs to keep all their nose-picker noodle slurpers employed. What a pathetic country. Can't China invent even ONE new industry to employ its own people?
@indiasucksalways Careful not to b;ame the Chinese or Mexicans in the US illegally. Heres my point. It is the American CEOs who have infiltrated China and cut a deal (obviously) to have Chinese cheap labor develop and produce American product on the cheap. Those profits for the American companies are offshored and never pay any taxes back to the US. Similar example with Mexican workers, they were brought here for the most part, making CONTRACTERS with large projects RICH.
@indiasucksalways "1/2 the buildings in Beijing & Shanghai being empty." to the contrary, real estate price have more than double in those cities, i never knew empty bulidings will inflate housing prices.... the real estate market in China is red hot, imagine when 800million of those living in poverty move into middle class, sure it may take 10 or 20 years but just imagine.... The size of their economy will be unimaginable
@indiasucksalways The reason for the increase in housing prices is because of the increase in demand from the new wave of middle class in China. The housing prices will continue to rise as more and more people come out of poverty, I have only been in China once, but the prospects are really good, China has a huge untapped market, whether it be internet users, cell phone users or automotive consumers. Can you imagine what it would mean if 1.4 billion people owned a cellphone&
@jwang604 800 million living in poverty won't move into the middle class. China does not have a enough jobs or industries for that. "Red hot" economies usually implode at some point. Always happens. The country will collapse or CCP will be overthrown long before 10-20 years.
@indiasucksalways So somehow dating 10-20 years back when China is still considered a 3rd world country with more people in poverty, they didint collapse, but now with a booming economy theyll suddenly collapse/// you have to understand that their economy is based on real growth as opposed to the US, China has one of the largest reserves. The CCP is too powerful to be overthrown, the outcry from Tibet is a prime example of this.
@indiasucksalways In other words our own country is fucking us and simultaneously fucking the Chinese. Those workers have begun to demand higher pay. Their population is 1.3 billion. 1 billion are the cheap workforce. 300 million make up the elite rich and middle class. They have worked it to where in China, if you dont work, you dont EAT. Pretty diabolical.
@indiasucksalways China was a 3rd world country not too long ago, but with it's double digit growth, being the 3rd biggest economy in the world and having the largest reserve in the world... it will soon surpass the US in every accord. You or your child will be learning to speak mandarin boy. it's inevitable. If US with it's double digit unemployment rate and Trillions in debt hasn't collapsed yet, what makes you think China will? DURRRRR!
@jwang604 Because China got rich by cheating for over a decade: violation of its WTO agreement, currency manipulation, and massive artificial trade surpluses. The rest of the world is now demanding China allow its currency to float as agreed. When it does, China will lose its cost advantage. Already companies are pulling out of China because of rising wages and poor quality. And USA doesn't have 800 million living in poverty like China does. Duh.
@indiasucksalways Either way you cut it, China is still at a better condition than the US, the fact that there are more and more billionaires in China and the fact that Western corporates are building HQs in China shows that China is the future. Nobody is pulling out of China, show me your sources. Even with the rise in labor costs, it is still way cheaper than labor in the any western country. And how many international laws has US violate? don't even compare lolS!!!!
@indiasucksalways I assume when you link me to those sources, you have read the whole article before hand. China is no longer letting these foreign company offshore their profits from China and exploiting their labor force like before. there is nothing wrong with that. what if China came and paid US citizens $1 USD an hour to make shoes/// its important to note that those foregin companies that are pulling out of China is replaced by chinese state owned companies, a matter of changing hands.
@indiasucksalways US has been violating international law since the dawn of time, from human rights infractions (slaves) to conducting military operations on other nations soverign territory and waters to the internationally condemned invasion of Iraq which violates international Law especially when veto wielding powers were against it. They should be the last to cry foul on Chinas human rights violations. Im not really pro China, im just trying to be fair.
@jwang604 Slavery was invented in the Muslim world, not USA and slavery continues to this day in many parts of the world. Which western country ended slavery? USA. At least the U.S. Gov't doesn't lock people up just for talking and then steal their kidneys or shoot them in the head without a trial.
@indiasucksalways Im not disputing as to where slavery originated. thats beside the point. The US did not end slavery as you are led to believe, civil unrest leading to the civil rights movement by the colored folks did. Im not disagreeing that the CCP is more corrupt than corrupt gets but thats has little to do with Chinas booming economy. Im pro China as a market with a lot of potential for financial gains, thats it, i wont set foot on China soils even if they paid me to
@jwang604 Slavery ended in the U.S. 100 years before the Civili Rights Act. In every other country in the world it is not illegal to discriminate based on race, color, or national origin. Non-whites never had it as good as they have it in the USA. Go learn some history you ignoramus.
@indiasucksalways Im not a history buff like yourself, and I can care less about slavery as a whole. What im saying is that US itself commited for worse War crimes against other nations and it is hypocritical to dog on China for its infractions. The US has no right to tell China how to govern its own citizens, its what we call SOVERIGNTY. and lets stop dwelling on history, i dont give a fuck. get it?
@jwang604 What you are advocating is called Trading With The Enemy and it is what caused WW2. Thinking you can trade with monsters bent on world domination and not have a major problems on your hands is naive. All that trade you want with China will cause WW3 once China is strong enough.
@indiasucksalways the enemy who lent the US a trillion dollar? The enemy who is US*s biggest trading partner? If China completely shuts US out and call all of its loan back, the US*s economy will come to its knees WW3 is inevitable not because of what you proposed but because of limited resources. If it was up to the US, it will rape the Saudis inside out. Anyhow, my point is that you are basing everything on your failed logic of WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN. listen more to Schiff please.
You are so ignorant. If China calls all loans back, it's currency will rise, exports will collapse because too expensive, plants will close, huge layoffs, recession. US debt to China is equal to less than one month of US GDP of 14,000,000,000 dollars. China depends on US as much as, or more, than the US depends on
China. Its called interdependence (in case you haven't heard).
@cabraden1 wtf are u talking about, don't just jump into THE MIDDLE of other ppl's conversation and expect me to understand what you're replying to. I was merely pointing out to the fact that China can fuck the US up by calling back all of it's loans, which will further debase the US currency, the Chinese currency woudln't rise by calling back it's loans stupid, even if it did, it wouldn't make their exports COLLAPSE, you are so fucking stupid it's not even funny. read on....
All you can do is resort to petty insults. And you started running your mouth about how China can FUCK America. This is a BLOG and ANYBODY can break in to any conversatoin at any time. This isn't China where voicing one's concern or opinion is suppressed and censored. US debt was many times higher after
funding its cost of WW2 yet country experienced largest economic expansion in
its history after WW2. China's trillion in debt isn't shit, pus ball. Read on, you
@cabraden1 All I can do is resort to petty insults? My comment is nothing but facts. I'm schooling you son. Learn some fucking manners, when you see "@indiansuckalways" it means my comment is in direct response to his retardo. If you want to disrupt our conversation at least say something intelligent and don't start by saying i'm ignorant because i'm 10 times smarter than u are son. Read on you fucking numbnuts, i'mma school u more on your pathetic rebuttals...
Don't call me son, boy. If I inferred your were ignorant, that's doesn't make you stupid - just misinformed. China depends on US very heavily for its prosperity, as
does the US on China, so shut the fuck up about China.
@cabraden1 lol you're not even responding to my arguments because you know i'm right. So you disrupted me, wasted my time for nothing. You contributed nothing to the debate. "oh China depends heavily on US" ok so what? US is in a trading deficit and China is in a surplus, China can do without the US but US can't do without the Chinese, so I think it's should be US depends more on China because of it's current economic condition. End of discussion.
You're ten times smarter than me - you wish. You are probably an 18 year old XBox generation punk who gets his info from chat rooms speaking with other misinformed punks like yourself. If you truly were educated, you wouldn't have to throw out insults in virtually everything that comes out of your mouth.
China is a BRIC country, and being such, of course it will grow faster - for now. That's because it is starting from a lower base. The US is already a developed
country. But you'd better watch your back with your investments - Russia's ruble
collapsed at 1999 in fast growth period. I made $150,000 that year when I bought up ruble backed assets that then recovered -- albiet at a much lower value -- than what it had been only months earlier.
@cabraden1 You failed to look at the determinants of the collapse. Situations were completely different, the Asian financial crisis, Russia's fiscal deficit and the decrease in the world's demand for their raw material which accounts for 80% of Russia's exports contributed to the collapse. China is experiencing REAL sustainable growth by producing, US on the other hand is a nation of pure consumption which is unsustainable.
China uses OIL for her economy, just like anyone else. And when the oil runs out, which is predicted to happen in a couple decades, China's growth will end, just like anyone else's. Nothing sustainable here.
@S1587915G 30 years is a big difference buddy. And that is KNOWN reserves, KNOW is the KEY WORD. Learn something about deep sea drilling before you talk, it's ACCESSIBLE. If you think oil is going to run out in a few years you are a dumber than I thought lol. The oil price would skyrocket if it's even remotely true. China's growth isn't even about oil retard, it has more to do with it's economic reform, capital investments and sustainable increase in productivity. READ more. REtard.
@S1587915G I'm not stupid enough to believe oil will run out in a few years just because some self-proclaimed "expert" says so. Learn to think for yourself. And do a little research into "deep sea oil drilling" , 70% of the earth is covered in water and the rest is history son.
We're talking about peak oil, not 2012 or housing bubbles or whatever. And laws of economics don't miraculously solve the problem.
There are at least a couple dozen books at Amazon on peak oil. Most of them don't give us a nice picture. To think you know know more than all those authors do would seem to me beyond arrogant.
@S1587915G "To think you know know more than all those authors do would seem to me beyond arrogant." Like I said in my other post, THERE ARE ECONOMIC EXPERTS/ANALYSTS/SCHOLARS WHO ALL CLAIMED THAT A HOUSING BUBBLE IS NON-EXISTENT. Books/documentaries does not equate FACTS, it's ALL SPECULATIONS and OPINIONS. Back to Economics 101. When the costs of oil exceeds the costs of hydrogen fuel cells, guess what happens!
There are also experts, analysts, scholars etc who claim that peak oil is a reality. And I wasn't talking about housing bubbles. I was talking about peak oil.
You didn't get YOUR 'facts' from books and documents? If you did, they're untrustworthy in your own words. If you didn't, gee, how did you get them? By magic?
Suit yourself. I really couldn't care less anymore what you chinks want to believe. Time will show us everything.
@S1587915G Hydrogen is more limited? lols hydrogen is the most abundant chemical element, constituting roughly 75 % of the Universe's elemental mass. Stupid fuck. Likewise, experts/scholars/analysts all claimed the non-existence of the housing bubble and what do we know? A HOUSING BUBBLE! Those are mere opinions and not "facts" like you are lead to believe lols. I'm more concerned about fresh water than oil, cuz you would literally DIE without water which cna't be said the same with oil. lmao.
Go ahead, show me a full-fledged hydrogen economy. One that runs entirely on hydrogen.
It's one thing if we have heaps of hydrogen around. It's another thing converting it to useable energy. Fusion? Show me a fully functional fusion plant.
@S1587915G Wow you must be severely mentally challenged. It is not cost effective to implement a hydrogen based economy yet dumb fuck, oil is still affordable. "WHEN or IF" oils runs out, it would make hydrogen fuel cells look dirt cheap, do you get it? Back to Economics 101 boy. You would have had a better case saying the world is doomed because a shortage in fresh water, but you are fucking pathetic if you think oil is the basis of life. dumb fuck.
@S1587915G who said anything about rewriting laws of physics? like I said "hydrogen is the most abundant chemical element, constituting roughly 75 % of the Universe's elemental mass. stupid fuck." and the word "cheap" is a relative term. Like I said, go back to economics 101 and learn the fundamentals of economics. The higher the price of oil gets, the cheaper the substitutes will seem. In the end, it will be more cost effective to use hydrogen cells -> Mass production -> drives costs down. DUH!
There was also a consensus that there was no housing bubble in the US. There is also a documentary on the Mayan's prediction of Armageddon in 2012. RIGHT.......you seem to ignorethe fundamentals, what happens if demand is higher than supply? The market Adjusts by an increase in price. To think Oil is going to run out in a few years or a decades is beyond stupid. And it is exactly this fear that drives up prices.
@S1587915G The Chinese Govt had already taken Action Plan to reduce dependance of imported Oil. 70% of energy used in China is from their domestic coal production.
The Chinese Govt has set a target to have 50% of cars run on renewable energy by 2020.
China is now the leader in Renewable Energy and the World biggest supplier of Wind Turbines and Solar panels.
China growth will continue when the World is running out of OIl because their Govt had already making alternative plan to use oil.
Renewables? I doubt if they can provide as much energy as oil. If you can show me a real example of a modern economy that uses only renewables, then I'll be more impressed.
@S1587915G Learn something about anthropology too, Oil is not the dawn of civilization like you are lead to believe. In other words, the depletion of oil does not tantamount to the END OF THE WORLD. You're just a cynical ignorant anti-China troll. go home boy and stay there.
Where do you find me saying that oil is the dawn of civilization or that the depletion of oil will mean the end of the world? Of course civilization will continue. It is MODERN INDUSTRIAL civilization that will end.
You're just a grossly uninformed pro-China troll. Go home kid and squat there.
@S1587915G "MODERN INDUSTRIAL civilization that will end" LOL you think in simple terms, like this oil = modern industrial civilization. lols. If I gave some third world country a pint of oil does it make them a modern industrialized civilization? lols you're fucking pathetic. Do you know why alternate resources aren't used? cuz it's too expensive, but when oil is on the verge of depletion, it's not going to be affordable thus these alternatives kicks in. Simple minded fuck!
A couple years ago when I started reading youtube blogs more, I happened to read a blog where a Chink like you was running America into the ground with vicious, hate-filled remarks. Now I hate everything about China, will not buy its products even if company is US owned, and encourage everybody I know to do
the same. THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO unknowingly. Your stupid boasting about China while kicking America in the face while it is down is sick.
@cabraden1 what happened post WWII? THE BABY BOOM YOU DONK, it triggered a housing boom, consumption boom and a boom in the labor force which all equals to significant economic growth. That's how the US survived the depression, now they have all the non producing old geezers lining up for their pensions, slow population growth and NO economic growth. How do you propose US to get out of this mess? if you think i'm biased cuz i'm Chinese, listen to Peter Schiff he's an AMERICAN. READ THE FUCK ON..
@cabraden1 I only got hostile because you started out by calling me ignorant so i returned the favor you fucking cunt. more importantly, I DO NOT HATE THE US in any way shape or form. I have only been to China once in my entire life and I would never live there. BUT you cannot ignore facts about their economies, i'm an investor, I only care about where the money is, and right now, unfortunately, is in China. Trust me, I had a hard time accepting the reality of it too. But economy wise China>US.
@cabraden1 GDP is a country's total economic output and not what the government makes dumb fuck. So the whitehouse does not make $14 trillion a year like you think stupid hoe. " China depends on US as much as, or more, than the US depends on China" US is in a trade deficit, and China is on a surplus, now tell me who the fuck depends on who more. As great a nation as the US is, it's economy is fUCKED. US owes more than 50$ trillion in debt, i think thta's the WORLD's GDP. yup...
@indiasucksalways Just because I agree with Schiff and Rogers on the outlook of Chinas economy doesnt mean im love the Chinese and their government. lols. China has so much potential for enormous long term sustainable financial gains in almost every sector, except the manufacturing sector =). Insurance, Real estate, stock markets, agriculture, telecommunications, raw materials, internet marketing and much much more. The US is done, way way way over saturated in all its sectors. sad but true.
@jwang604 You are in denial about China - it was a gamble and a bubble but it is about to come crashing down. Just wait and see. The world is not going to put up with China's massive protectionism much longer.
@indiasucksalways If I am in denial then so is Peter Schiff and Jim Rogers. Its not a bubble if it is supported by real wealth. China is still in its adolescene stage, it is not fully developed and it has a long way to grow. On the other hand, the US is going to collapse simply because 80% of its GDP comes from the financial sector, there is no real value in it, the prices are all inflated by faulty speculations and confidence. US exercised protectionism too, its a measure to counter recession
@jwang604 Jim Rogers is a paid shill for China/Asia. So are morons like Tom Friedman. Schiff is right about this collapse but trust me, no one grows forever. What goes up must come down and China has grown way too much, way too fast. It's unsustainable. USA's manufacturing sector is still 1/3 bigger than China's. If you think nothing is made in America anymore you are sorely mistaken. USA is exercising protectionism? Then why don't we put 200% tariffs on Chinese products like China puts on ours?
@indiasucksalways **Schiff is right about this collapse** Im assuming you meant the US collapse because Schiff never predicted China to collapse. No one grows forever is true but China hasnt even reached its peak yet and by a long shot too. China has no deficits, its a nation of savings and has maintained a trade surplus, all of these contributes to sustainable growth with real wealth backed behind it. The US exericised protectionism by forcing the appreciation of the Yuan, same thing.
@indiasucksalways "USA's manufacturing sector is still 1/3 bigger than China's" That is completely irrelevant. USs consumption way surpasses its ability to produce, and it has been financed by credit, and now its finally catching up to them. The US has huge trade deficits. US is debt is projected to be around 13 Trillion, 90% of its GDP!!! How is it remotely sustainable? if you truly believe China will collapse before the US you need serious help.
@jwang604 Ability to produce? USA has the largest GDP in the world. Far bigger than China's. Don't believe everything you hear in the news. America is still the #1 powerhouse economy in the world. Media just wants to scare everyone and slow down the U.S. econ so countries like China and India don't get too jealous and angry. LOL. Check Japan - debt is 200% of GDP and they are still going strong. BIG DEAL.
@indiasucksalways GDP is bloated up by excessive consumption and reckless government spending. China's GDP can reach the same level , if they borrow trillions of dollars and bought up everything they can get their hands on, in addition, the government can spend recklessly thus giving the illusion of a "high" GDP. You're pretty ignorant if you think the condition US is in right now is fabricated. Listen more to Peter Schiff NOW!
@jwang604 CCP has been lying about the growth rates for a decade. 1/2 the buildings in Beijing & Shanghai being empty. If millions of Chinese/Indian/Mexican workers had not come to the U.S. to take jobs from Americans, U.S. consumers would still be buying Chinese products and Chinese would still be employed. Globalization and cost-cutting has killed the U.S. consumer and that has killed the world econ.
Why is everyone so enthralled with China ?......they have a population of 1.3 Billion and of that about 1 Billion are classified as poor by their own government.....just because you have a large population doesnt mean you are a world power
@Jacobrester No, but it means you can easily sow the world with your machine like seed by immigration. God forbid we all become like robots. Disgusting.
@schson australia is a convict nation. america is a stolen nation living on chinese money. europe is a dead man walking (as the americans would put it)
Please stay in China stop coming to Western countries, I know our supposed leaders let you in but please respect the vast majority who don't want you in our lands.
@MegaDoofdoof i am sure thats what the aboriginals said when the evil white man invaded their country, murdered, robbed, raped them, and stole their land. the native americans might have thought the same.
@89yy98gt89 That's nice. So do you classify evil White people as the White chinese people who came to Australia to mine gold? Or do you just classify the entire northern European peoples as evil Whites? Because quite frankly, it was only the British establishment who came here. What did Norwegians or Japanese ever do to Australia (both have White skin) Answer, racist.
lol..this is everyone in the country out of work.. a fraction of the number of people in the US....China has the most expansive economy in the world with a trillion $ in cash in the bank.. who ever made this doesn't know what they are talking about China collapsing...the US is gonna be a second class country and China will be the biggest economy in a couple yrs..the US is crumbling China is building massive projects in the 100's of billions..modern cities
China is a socialist country that inflates GDP, don't put any stock in their ridiculous numbers, just like the old Soviet Union. China is the darling of the left, which will make watching their collapse in 2010/2011 quite the laugh fest.
Take a look at their housing market and you'll understand, I'm in the business myself and they are wildly inflating prices. Deja vu? Oh yeah, but this time it is government right behind ALL OF IT.
@f252863 and our government wasn't behind protecting the interests of goldman sachs scam derivatives that ripped everyone off for the biggest scam in world history?
All the news about goldman sachs getting caught is a sham, they are just closing the door behind themselves.
@f252863 im still waiting for their collapse. in the mean time, i;ll just watch the u.s unemployment go above 10%, debt continue to rise, and deficit continue to rise.
Chinese Communism, US dollar, global economy is falling. We're all stuck in a big shit sandwitch, and we're all going to have to take a bite.

They don't have the burden of not telling the truth hanging over them like others.

total world economic collapse translates into WW3.when it comes to a nation's mere survival, they will do what it takes to survive.if that means WAR,then so be it!where this coming war will start will be the middle east but it will soon after will break out between Russia and China over land and resources.siberia is a resource rich and sparsly populated region in asia.this land rightfully belongs to China but was stolen by Russians.China will reclaim their lands back, kick Russia out for EVER!

nigger the size bigger the problems and debt if a country the size of usa uk or brazil dont have a perfect spend surplus industrialized producing highly tuned economys where flow of money is permanent then things get out hand into extreme poverty really fast for large segments of the pop meanwhile in a 10 million economy the ecoomy dosent need to be as rosbust for ppl to live well and if problems occur it easy to fix them one major industry can make whole country function in the usa about 100

ppl haver this idea because countrys are nr1 producers or consumers and have higher rate of rich ppl they dont get they have much poorer poeple then smaller countrys high small economys but where money is more sparse and ppl have much better life, for exemple smaller countrys in eu have much less poverty then larger one where there are more rich ppl but also much poorer ppl, exemp usa nr1 economy has 30 million living in poverty china nr 2 500 million living in poverty its an illusion

We'll see.

technological advances in manufacturing will eventually render China useless. After all, you still have to ship this stuff across a huge sea. You can now set up an automated factory in the US or the EU, produce the same products and the offset in transportation will make the Chinese products non-competitive.
AtlanticMighty 10 months ago
@AtlanticMighty There'll be no one to invest in and build those factories in the US, as no one in the right might will invest in economy that will collapse. The cost of building such factories will also be TOO HIGH in the US/EU. American education is nothing but CRAP. With over a billion population and better education, Chinese specialists outnumber US and US will NOT be able to compete, even if factories become fully automated. China will find other markets. it's US who is NOW USELESS
zaniellify 9 months ago
@AtlanticMighty The laughable stuff you say... it's EVEN TOO EXPENSIVE TO WRITE SOFTWARE IN THE US NOW.

The size of their economy will be unimaginable
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 Sorry - I meant 1/2 the skyscrapers. Hardly what you can call a booming economy. Excess real estate capacity usually implies a bubble.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways The reason for the increase in housing prices is because of the increase in demand from the new wave of middle class in China. The housing prices will continue to rise as more and more people come out of poverty, I have only been in China once, but the prospects are really good, China has a huge untapped market, whether it be internet users, cell phone users or automotive consumers. Can you imagine what it would mean if 1.4 billion people owned a cellphone&
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 800 million living in poverty won't move into the middle class. China does not have a enough jobs or industries for that. "Red hot" economies usually implode at some point. Always happens. The country will collapse or CCP will be overthrown long before 10-20 years.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways So somehow dating 10-20 years back when China is still considered a 3rd world country with more people in poverty, they didint collapse, but now with a booming economy theyll suddenly collapse/// you have to understand that their economy is based on real growth as opposed to the US, China has one of the largest reserves. The CCP is too powerful to be overthrown, the outcry from Tibet is a prime example of this.
jwang604 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways In other words our own country is fucking us and simultaneously fucking the Chinese. Those workers have begun to demand higher pay. Their population is 1.3 billion. 1 billion are the cheap workforce. 300 million make up the elite rich and middle class. They have worked it to where in China, if you dont work, you dont EAT. Pretty diabolical.

100% of Boeing's planes are made in USA. In fact, when they tried to outsource the 787 it was a disaster. Google 'Boeing's outsourcing disaster'
Asian losers. Funny how China couldn't build a plane at all until it got its industrial spies into the U.S. to steal the plans from USA. LOL.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways China was a 3rd world country not too long ago, but with it's double digit growth, being the 3rd biggest economy in the world and having the largest reserve in the world... it will soon surpass the US in every accord. You or your child will be learning to speak mandarin boy. it's inevitable. If US with it's double digit unemployment rate and Trillions in debt hasn't collapsed yet, what makes you think China will? DURRRRR!
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 Because China got rich by cheating for over a decade: violation of its WTO agreement, currency manipulation, and massive artificial trade surpluses. The rest of the world is now demanding China allow its currency to float as agreed. When it does, China will lose its cost advantage. Already companies are pulling out of China because of rising wages and poor quality. And USA doesn't have 800 million living in poverty like China does. Duh.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways Either way you cut it, China is still at a better condition than the US, the fact that there are more and more billionaires in China and the fact that Western corporates are building HQs in China shows that China is the future. Nobody is pulling out of China, show me your sources. Even with the rise in labor costs, it is still way cheaper than labor in the any western country. And how many international laws has US violate? don't even compare lolS!!!!

"Web Companies Pulling Out of China: The Consequences"

@indiasucksalways I assume when you link me to those sources, you have read the whole article before hand. jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 Slavery ended in the U.S. 100 years before the Civili Rights Act. In every other country in the world it is not illegal to discriminate based on race, color, or national origin. Non-whites never had it as good as they have it in the USA. Go learn some history you ignoramus.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago

jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 What you are advocating is called Trading With The Enemy and it is what caused WW2. Thinking you can trade with monsters bent on world domination and not have a major problems on your hands is naive. All that trade you want with China will cause WW3 once China is strong enough.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways the enemy who lent the US a trillion dollar? The enemy who is US*s biggest trading partner? If China completely shuts US out and call all of its loan back, the US*s economy will come to its knees WW3 is inevitable not because of what you proposed but because of limited resources. If it was up to the US, it will rape the Saudis inside out. Anyhow, my point is that you are basing everything on your failed logic of WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN. listen more to Schiff please.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
You are so ignorant. If China calls all loans back, it's currency will rise, exports will collapse because too expensive, plants will close, huge layoffs, recession. US debt to China is equal to less than one month of US GDP of 14,000,000,000 dollars. China depends on US as much as, or more, than the US depends on
China. Its called interdependence (in case you haven't heard).

country. But you'd better watch your back with your investments - Russia's ruble
collapsed at 1999 in fast growth period. I made $150,000 that year when I bought up ruble backed assets that then recovered -- albiet at a much lower value -- than what it had been only months earlier.
cabraden1 1 year ago

S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G lols couple decades? last i check it's at least half a century based on known reserves. KNOWN reserves. KNOWN = key word.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
'Known' is not the same as 'accessible'.
And the difference between a couple decades and half a century is just 30 years.
And not all experts agree that the oil's going to last that long. Some in fact predict it will run out these few years.
Sorry.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G 30 years is a big difference buddy. And that is KNOWN reserves, KNOW is the KEY WORD. Learn something about deep sea drilling before you talk, it's ACCESSIBLE. If you think oil is going to run out in a few years you are a dumber than I thought lol. The oil price would skyrocket if it's even remotely true. China's growth isn't even about oil retard, it has more to do with it's economic reform, capital investments and sustainable increase in productivity. READ more. REtard.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
Wow, you think you know that much about oil reserves.
'Speechless' is all I have to say.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G I'm not stupid enough to believe oil will run out in a few years just because some self-proclaimed "expert" says so. Learn to think for yourself. And do a little research into "deep sea oil drilling" , 70% of the earth is covered in water and the rest is history son.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
It's pretty much widely agreed upon by many oil experts that the oil is running out. Do a search here on YouTube on 'peak oil'.

@jwang604
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G "To think you know know more than all those authors do would seem to me beyond arrogant." Like I said in my other post, THERE ARE ECONOMIC EXPERTS/ANALYSTS/SCHOLARS WHO ALL CLAIMED THAT A HOUSING BUBBLE IS NON-EXISTENT. Books/documentaries does not equate FACTS, it's ALL SPECULATIONS and OPINIONS. Back to Economics 101. When the costs of oil exceeds the costs of hydrogen fuel cells, guess what happens!
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
Hydrogen is even more limited.
Have fun.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G Hydrogen is more limited? lols hydrogen is the most abundant chemical element, constituting roughly 75 % of the Universe's elemental mass. Stupid fuck. Likewise, experts/scholars/analysts all claimed the non-existence of the housing bubble and what do we know? A HOUSING BUBBLE! Those are mere opinions and not "facts" like you are lead to believe lols. I'm more concerned about fresh water than oil, cuz you would literally DIE without water which cna't be said the same with oil. lmao.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
Go ahead, show me a full-fledged hydrogen economy. One that runs entirely on hydrogen.
It's one thing if we have heaps of hydrogen around. It's another thing converting it to useable energy. Fusion? Show me a fully functional fusion plant.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G Wow you must be severely mentally challenged. It is not cost effective to implement a hydrogen based economy yet dumb fuck, oil is still affordable. "WHEN or IF" oils runs out, it would make hydrogen fuel cells look dirt cheap, do you get it? Back to Economics 101 boy. You would have had a better case saying the world is doomed because a shortage in fresh water, but you are fucking pathetic if you think oil is the basis of life. dumb fuck.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
Wow, so the laws of supply and demand can miraculously rewrite the laws of physics and make hydrogen a cheap and abundant source of energy?
You're a fanatic and you've lost your mind. That's all I have to say.
Have fun.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G who said anything about rewriting laws of physics? like I said "hydrogen is the most abundant chemical element, constituting roughly 75 % of the Universe's elemental mass. stupid fuck." and the word "cheap" is a relative term. Like I said, go back to economics 101 and learn the fundamentals of economics. The higher the price of oil gets, the cheaper the substitutes will seem. In the end, it will be more cost effective to use hydrogen cells -> Mass production -> drives costs down. DUH!
jwang604 1 year ago
This has been flagged as spam show
There was also a consensus that there was no housing bubble in the US. And it is exactly this fear that drives up prices.
jwang604 1 year ago
@S1587915G The Chinese Govt had already taken Action Plan to reduce dependance of imported Oil. 70% of energy used in China is from their domestic coal production.
The Chinese Govt has set a target to have 50% of cars run on renewable energy by 2020.
China is now the leader in Renewable Energy and the World biggest supplier of Wind Turbines and Solar panels.
China growth will continue when the World is running out of OIl because their Govt had already making alternative plan to use oil.
typhoonq 1 year ago
@typhoonq
Renewables? I doubt if they can provide as much energy as oil. If you can show me a real example of a modern economy that uses only renewables, then I'll be more impressed.
Coal is a much dirtier alternative than oil.
S1587915G 1 year ago
@S1587915G Learn something about anthropology too, Oil is not the dawn of civilization like you are lead to believe. In other words, the depletion of oil does not tantamount to the END OF THE WORLD. You're just a cynical ignorant anti-China troll. go home boy and stay there.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604
Where do you find me saying that oil is the dawn of civilization or that the depletion of oil will mean the end of the world? Of course civilization will continue. It is MODERN INDUSTRIAL civilization that will end.
You're just a grossly uninformed pro-China troll. Go home kid and squat there.
S1587915G 1 year ago

Your stupid boasting about China while kicking America in the face while it is down is sick.
cabraden1 1 year ago
@cabraden1 what happened post WWII? THE BABY BOOM YOU DONK, it triggered a housing boom, consumption boom and a boom in the labor force which all equals to significant economic growth. That's how the US survived the depression, now they have all the non producing old geezers lining up for their pensions, slow population growth and NO economic growth. How do you propose US to get out of this mess? if you think i'm biased cuz i'm Chinese, listen to Peter Schiff he's an AMERICAN. READ THE FUCK ON..
jwang604 1 year ago
@cabraden1 I only got hostile because you started out by calling me ignorant so i returned the favor you fucking cunt. more importantly, I DO NOT HATE THE US in any way shape or form. I have only been to China once in my entire life and I would never live there. BUT you cannot ignore facts about their economies, i'm an investor, I only care about where the money is, and right now, unfortunately, is in China. Trust me, I had a hard time accepting the reality of it too. But economy wise China>US.
jwang604 1 year ago
@cabraden1 GDP is a country's total economic output and not what the government makes dumb fuck. So the whitehouse does not make $14 trillion a year like you think stupid hoe. " China depends on US as much as, or more, than the US depends on China" US is in a trade deficit, and China is on a surplus, now tell me who the fuck depends on who more. As great a nation as the US is, it's economy is fUCKED. US owes more than 50$ trillion in debt, i think thta's the WORLD's GDP. yup...
jwang604 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways Just because I agree with Schiff and Rogers on the outlook of Chinas economy doesnt mean im love the Chinese and their government. lols. China has so much potential for enormous long term sustainable financial gains in almost every sector, except the manufacturing sector =). Insurance, Real estate, stock markets, agriculture, telecommunications, raw materials, internet marketing and much much more. The US is done, way way way over saturated in all its sectors. sad but true.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 You are in denial about China - it was a gamble and a bubble but it is about to come crashing down. Just wait and see. The world is not going to put up with China's massive protectionism much longer.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways If I am in denial then so is Peter Schiff and Jim Rogers. Its not a bubble if it is supported by real wealth. China is still in its adolescene stage, it is not fully developed and it has a long way to grow. On the other hand, the US is going to collapse simply because 80% of its GDP comes from the financial sector, there is no real value in it, the prices are all inflated by faulty speculations and confidence. US exercised protectionism too, its a measure to counter recession
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 Jim Rogers is a paid shill for China/Asia. So are morons like Tom Friedman. Schiff is right about this collapse but trust me, no one grows forever. What goes up must come down and China has grown way too much, way too fast. It's unsustainable. USA's manufacturing sector is still 1/3 bigger than China's. If you think nothing is made in America anymore you are sorely mistaken. USA is exercising protectionism? Then why don't we put 200% tariffs on Chinese products like China puts on ours?
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways **Schiff is right about this collapse** Im assuming you meant the US collapse because Schiff never predicted China to collapse. No one grows forever is true but China hasnt even reached its peak yet and by a long shot too. China has no deficits, its a nation of savings and has maintained a trade surplus, all of these contributes to sustainable growth with real wealth backed behind it. The US exericised protectionism by forcing the appreciation of the Yuan, same thing.
jwang604 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways "USA's manufacturing sector is still 1/3 bigger than China's" That is completely irrelevant. USs consumption way surpasses its ability to produce, and it has been financed by credit, and now its finally catching up to them. The US has huge trade deficits. US is debt is projected to be around 13 Trillion, 90% of its GDP!!! How is it remotely sustainable? if you truly believe China will collapse before the US you need serious help.
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 Ability to produce? USA has the largest GDP in the world. Far bigger than China's. Don't believe everything you hear in the news. America is still the #1 powerhouse economy in the world. Media just wants to scare everyone and slow down the U.S. econ so countries like China and India don't get too jealous and angry. LOL. Check Japan - debt is 200% of GDP and they are still going strong. BIG DEAL.
indiasucksalways 1 year ago
@indiasucksalways GDP is bloated up by excessive consumption and reckless government spending. China's GDP can reach the same level , if they borrow trillions of dollars and bought up everything they can get their hands on, in addition, the government can spend recklessly thus giving the illusion of a "high" GDP. You're pretty ignorant if you think the condition US is in right now is fabricated. Listen more to Peter Schiff NOW!
jwang604 1 year ago
@jwang604 CCP has been lying about the growth rates for a decade. 1/2 the buildings in Beijing & Shanghai being empty. If millions of Chinese/Indian/Mexican workers had not come to the U.S. to take jobs from Americans, U.S. consumers would still be buying Chinese products and Chinese would still be employed. Globalization and cost-cutting has killed the U.S. consumer and that has killed the world econ.
