I was thinking about making a collaboration of most of your videos and constructing it into an ultimate workout program, Alternating and mixing up all the differant excercies throughout a period of time..I think this would seriously change alot of lives for people..I know you probly have dvds and books and what not, but I was just going to make my own extreme program using all of these uniique excercies.You guys are great idk how you dont have more views on most of your videos, it blows my mind.
@paperpro3223 Well if you purchase some of my video programs mate, you'll learn one of my cadinal rules. "a program is more than a collection of workouts, and a workout is more than a collection of exercises" The principles must still be adhered to
@scottabelcoaching Yeah I got you. I was just going to customize it for my own...But how would I got about buying one of your vids...I hope it's relativley cheap Im not trying to spend more than 20 dollars
@paperpro3223 Then save your money mate. None of my stuff is that cheap, and for a reason. If you don't want to invest in your learning don't be surprised where you end up. I spent thousands on my education

@Gunmetallic91 Depends on your overallprogram and why you would implement that. I would use it more as a subsitution, but it "could be" supersetted. But that doesn't mean it "should be"
Again, the overall program is much more important in terms of structure. Implementation would be considered more of a "tactic"
Did this yesterday instead of seated DB press. Also did Abel Butterfly delts. Very nice fry of the delts!!! Woohoo. The only confusion is that this video has the same name as the lying horizontal shoulder press demo'ed by Kev and Trev.
