I liked this video very much. It is hard to remember sometimes that it is not about you; we have no idea what is going on in people's lives. Although on the other side, we all need to try to be aware of how we interact with people, regardless of what is going on in our lives.
great vid, yeah this is well known in psychology. it's the fundamental attribution error where people tend to blame people's behavior on their personality rather than the situation. because it's the person that we can see and not the situation.
